Our family of 6 stayed for 19 nights and had an excellent time and experience. The condo was perfect for our needs. It was as described. It had all the things we needed to feel comfortable. This unit feels private and safe. It is near the community bbq which we used and a short walk to the upper pool. The unit has a large bedroom with a tv and with a large bathroom attached and a smaller bedroom without tv and hall bathroom across the way. The unit is long and narrow with a large kitchen and dinning/living room. We opened the front door and back door and enjoyed a nice breeze through the house in the evenings. No complaints. We had wonderful customer service from Turnkey. This property fit our needs. It is probably time for a deep cleaning and maintenance, baseboards etc, but overall the unit was clean and comfortable. We have stayed at the Maui Kamaole condo complex many times and we keep returning because the location is a convenient drive to our favorite snorkeling, boogie boarding and ocean swimming spots while still close to food shopping and other amenities. The complex itself has beautiful and well tended gardens, 2 lovely swimming pools, barbecue areas and well placed outdoor spigots to rinse feet, boards and snorkeling gear. The second bedroom is small, but we have stayed in this configuration previously and it works well for our family (husband, wife and 2 young adult men). Turnkey Vacation Rentals promptly answered any questions we had (we texted) and were very pleasant to work with. We will return!

Property was clean, well maintained and the grounds were nice. A map of where the unit is located in the complex and its relationship to the beach would have been helpful during booking. This unit was in the very back of the complex which made it nice and quiet however I thought during booking I saw that it was across the street from the beach. Walk out the sliding doors across the grass and to the beach. Maybe I missed something during booking. Due to COVID we booked last year, pushed reservation a couple times, cancelled and rebooked. Maybe the other original booking was for a unit in the front of the property across the street from the beach. Other than that the property was as described and shown in the pictures. The rental was ground floor which i really love, huge plus to walk out into the backyard from the kitchen/living area. The place was very clean, and we loved that there was laundry in the unit as well as beach stuff (towels, floaties, boogy boards, umbrellas, coolers etc ) in the unit. Huge plus. Not to mention the kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and supplies.

One thing i was a tad `meh` about was the difference in the size and overall feel between the bedrooms. The master is huge, lush, and has an attached bathroom. The second bedroom felt like an after thought and doesn`t have actual doors to the room. There is barely enough room for the bed. The second room has pocket shutters so you can hear people talking and the level of privacy didn`t seem to be there. This is fine for a couple with kids but we vacationed with another couple and it felt odd to have that big of a difference between bedrooms. Not the end of the world by any means, but pictures dont truly represent the second room. Internet was troublesome upon arrival but TurnKey gave us a secondary wifi and password. They were able to help us pretty quickly. Again not the end of the world. Overall great experience and would come back to stay with the kiddos.

The neighbors to the rental were incredibly nice and helpful. We enjoyed having a local tell us where the best beaches and such were. Would stay again with our kids. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Definitely can tell that the owner of this unit is being used ,because the conditions throughout the property and lack of care given by TURNKEY. For instance I reached out trough text and by phone regarding issues with the home and the only thing that you guys did is Document the problem, future reference if you want people to return fix the problem don’t bandaid it . Loved this 2 bedroom condo just north of Wailea. Lovely property and we were on the ground level so the children could play on the lawn. Our unit was close to the pool and barbecues and we were able to use the gazebo for a birthday party. Our unit had been updated and was tastefully decorated. We all loved the upper pool area which was designed with stone around the perimeter of both the pool and hot tub. Both were surrounded by lush plants and a waterfall emptied into the pool. We are very happy with Turnkey Rentals. They responded quickly to my questions before our visit. We would definitely book again through them as we had lots of issues with a rental at Maui Kamaole which was done through the owner. The only recommendation for Turnkey would be to purchase a new beach umbrella as the one provided was broken and quite flimsy. The condo was perfect! Parking was nearby, no stairs that needed to be walked up/down, and the air conditioning helped to keep us cool after returning from outside. The condo was very clean, modern and I cannot stop raving about the bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. The condo was clean and the description was accurate. There were many extras, like multiple beach chairs and boogie boards, a beach umbrella, 2 coolers and many beach toys. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, blender, utensils, toaster, coffee maker to name a few. there were multiple hair dryers and an ironing board/iron. It was located in a nice area and walking distance to beaches and restaurants. We were offered early check-in and late check-out.Would recommend to family and friends. Our stay in F107 was overall wonderful. Do want to note that the second bedroom is small and does NOT have a closet. I advised Turnkey about this issue and they took note. Check in was easy and having the key code for the front door gave us easy access although a key was also provided. After the first week the door code stopped working. I contacted property management and they reset the code quickly. I called about a couple of other items and they responded quickly as well. It was really nice having the back sliders open up to a grassy area where the grandkids could play or we could enjoy coffee or drinks at the patio table. We almost missed seeing the small front patio area since the door in the master bedroom was covered by the roll down window covering. There`s a supply shed out there with several boogie boards, extra umbrella. In the hall closet there are 2 or 3 nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs & some extra beach chairs which we left behind. There`s also sand toys, pool floats/life jackets, noodles, and snorkel gear. There`s also a nice air mattress for extra sleeping space which we used for the kids. It was nice to have a good working vacuum, a broom & mop, along with a great washer & dryer. I would suggest having some cleaning supplies in the bathrooms and/or kitchen. Also, the hall bathroom might need a bigger/stronger vent fan. It seemed to hold a lot of moisture causing hanging towels to smell musty and need washing. I would suggest leaving the hall bathroom door open after showers with the fan running. Maybe drying towels in the clothes dryer instead of hanging. The front pool was closed the first week we were there but the second pool was very nice & actually closer to our condo. The rules are posted and there was someone checking in to make sure they were being followed. Kam Beach III is awesome for swimming & snorkeling, lots of turtles. Take the trail to the left of the boat ramp and find turtles laying out on the shore almost daily. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

This unit was substituted as our original location in this complex was unavailable. Unit was clean, but is really a one bedroom and den and we had originally booked a two bedroom. Unit is at the back of the complex and makes for a long walk to the beach but it is in a quiet location with no view. Ceiling fan in master was extremely noisy and when we called property manager they said they could not get someone out for four days to repair; that night it flew off while we were sleeping. Place was great with all the amenities required not including kids playpen and high chair. Place cons ants in the kitchen and cabinets, spotty internet. Turnkey cons no door key provided before check-in, wrong phone number for TurnKey provided. Condominium attended had to google the correct Turnkey phone number for us as we had no cell data.
