Out front, you'll have access to a gas grill (which is shared with the other side of the duplex); out back on the patio, you'll find your private pool, spa, and outdoor seating for lounging and dining. Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi throughout the home and an en suite bathroom paired with each of the two bedrooms.
