This home occupies one side of a duplex, with the air-conditioned living space all on the ground floor for ease of access. As you enter, you'll find tile floors throughout, a pair of sofas positioned in front of a flatscreen TV, and a kitchen that's been thoughtfully updated with stainless steel appliances. The six-person dining room is lined with windows, allowing you to sit down for breakfast each morning with a view of the pool terrace. Location close to beach, biking to shopping, restaurants and entire Island. Our own pool and jacuzzi as well. Staff made it easy to transition to #22 for additional 4 weeks vacation. This is our third year at this wonderful Island!

It took some time to figure out how to heat the hot tub. It great once we learned. The bedroom closest to the pool could use a new mattress, the floors and baseboard need a good deep clean. Washer and dryer and ice maker would make this a much better stay. Couches and furniture very work and tired. Lighting needs work it’s a very dark house.

It was a great week and a fair house for the price. Pretty much as advertised.

Very cute little house. Updated kitchen and living area. Both bathrooms could use an update but they are fully functional and served the purpose. Showers were very hot and toilets flushed fine. Pool and hot tub were both very nice and perfectly sized. Lights worked well and spa jets were perfect. Spillover running during the day was extra nice. Very quiet atmosphere, short walk to the beach and comfy beds. We would use again!

Love the location of the house very close to the beach. The pool and hot tub on point ready to use very relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen. My family and I would stay there next year.

We were underwhelmed overall for the price. Having a tall privacy fence around the pool, on the side facing the road, would have been nice. The bathroom was pretty small but ok if you’re of average size. The walk to the beach was perfect distance! The pool/spa area was somewhat broken, the lights did not work which wasn’t a deal breaker for us. The main issue we had was that dogs are allowed and this rental is a duplex. The barking became quite annoying… also it would have felt more safe if there were deadbolts on the doors but it was only handle locks.
