To open the gate, your parking card must be on the dashboard as you drive up close to the barrier. Head down to Level D. There will be a second gate for guests of the Newmark around Level C. Please make sure your parking card is on the dashboard to be read by the black box on the roof of the garage. Pull up to the gate so the black box can read the parking card. It will flash green and the second gate will open. Your assigned parking spot is “D150.” You will need the parking card to exit the parking garage as well.
Please take care to park in the correct spot. Towing is otherwise enforced.
