We enjoyed the condo. Very clean and quiet! Will be back for sure!

It was a nice place. The fridge part kept falling off, not enough stuff to cook with. Looks like some girl with heavy mascara and dark make up stayed there last and passed out on the couch 🤷🏼‍♀️ Need to cover the bottom part of the bed where the stands are to be more inviting. Can’t smoke on balconies so smokers beware. I accidentally turned their towels pink when I washed them; my bad, truly sorry. Overall beautiful location. Nice, family spot, quiet. Different from Pensacola and beach is breathtaking and clean, easy access. HOT TUB! clean… plus to watch the sunsets while kids swim in nice private, not too crowded pool. THE END ✌️☀️🐠🏖

The Condo was very nice and clean.
Owners left supplies to do dishes with.
The view was amazing!

Starting with getting to the apartment, we were given a gate code via email to get into the parking lot. We were not given any information on how to get into the apartment (door combination). I had to call vacasa to get a code. Not exactly what you want to do with 3 kids waiting all day to get into the place. The apartment itself was cute. Served our purpose. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable enough for the 5 of us. Loved that there was a washer, dryer and dishwasher!
The internet was awful. You had to connect to 1 of 3 options for the room you were in and hope it worked. Constantly disconnected so if you need reliable wifi, this isn't for you. The apartment itself was dirty. Now, the hard surfaces were wiped down and linens were clean, but there were stains everywhere. The fridge looked like it had grease stains all over it. Couch, chairs and bar stools were very stained, being white made it very obvious. I took a coffee cup out of the cabinet one morning and it was completely coffee stained and had lip marks on it! Floors could definitely be mopped because our feet were black just walking inside. A broom would have done us wonders if we found it buried behind the washer before our last day. Our pool in the East building wasn't heated and the hot tub wasn't working at all. Had to walk to the West building for the heated waters.
Now I know there are a lot of negatives in this review BUT for the price and proximity to the Gulf, I would definitely stay again.
Manager response:
We appreciate you staying with us, Tracey. We did have an upholstery cleaning scheduled, but the earliest the company could come was after your stay. Housekeeping has been addressed, and we will be providing a refund due to the lack of amenities you experienced. Hopefully we can host you for a more seamless experience in the future. Thank you!

The decor was lovely- light and airy and probably done by a decorator. Loved the private balcony. Nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and linens were nice and seemed new. The management company, Vacasa, was easy to deal with.
We were told that there is construction at these condos and there was- most mornings the workers were out front drilling and banging by 745am, some days earlier. The pool and hot tub were kept very clean, but both were ice cold! The grounds were well kept and it was a short walk to the beach ( however it took us 2 days to find out how to get out there as there were no instructions). The Gulf view is distant as there are buildings between this condo and the Gulf.
If you’re traveling with youngsters, plan ahead, because, although there are nice bunk beds for kids, there are only 4 games (like Candyland) and no beach toys! There are no beach towels either though there are 3 beach chairs. There are only 2 chairs on the balcony.
We are 2 seniors who enjoyed our 8 day stay, however, a larger group would have issues as the kitchen was bare bones! There were 8 dinner plates, 2 dessert plates, 5-6 bowls, 5-6 mugs and lots of glasses. The corkscrew was broken, there were no hot pads, there was not a bowl anywhere for serving, mixing, or salad. We made microwave popcorn and ate it out of a 4 cup measure. There were no casserole dishes either. There were 2 coffee pots both drip and K cup which was nice, there was an older toaster, a blender or 2, a small mixer, and a crock pot. There was only 1 dish towel!
The bed was on risers which made it so high that I had to stand on a cushion to get into bed and my tall husband could just barely get in.
There were no instructions for anything and the furnace would run for a while at our set temperature and then default to 58. We woke up one morning and the temp was 62! I finally found instructions on line so that was ok. Also the TV in the living room was impossible to deal with. Again, no instructions but after a long time we made it work. The blind in one patio door and window wouldn’t open, but that wasn’t a huge deal either.
We enjoyed our time here but want to warn those who might be expecting a very well- equipped condo that it is not, in fact, really well- equipped.
Manager response:
Hi, Judy! Local staff did an inventory check in the kitchen and replaced any missing items. The TV and thermostat were both verified as working. We apologize if you had any difficulties with them. Our property manager will be checking the blinds to determine what needs to be done. Thank you!
