This spacious home, one of the few of its size with Gulf-front access, is truly the spot for guests seeking sunshine and waves - you also have the option of taking a dip in your own private pool! Cook out on the private Blackstone grill, or just recline and take in the wide view of the ocean. Shower off the salt in the private outdoor shower, then step inside and cool down in central air conditioning. The full kitchen features a wall-mounted oven, farm sink, a prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar, and all the counter space you could need. Enjoy meals together in the dining area, or take it out to the back deck. The ocean awaits!

The first bedroom of this home is the sole bedroom on the main floor, located just past the living room before guests walk out to the deck. This suite features a private deck entrance and a charming en suite bathroom with double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. The second bedroom is just up the stairs and to the left, and features a private balcony entrance in addition to an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. Down the hall, the third bedroom features a fabulous ocean view, a private balcony entrance, and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. The alcove housing the final two bedrooms lies just across the upstairs living room, with a full bathroom (featuring a shower/tub combination) between them. To the left, the fourth bedroom features an ocean view and a private entrance to the balcony. On the opposite side, the fifth bedroom acts as a fun bunk room for younger guests and features a private balcony entrance. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan and a flatscreen smart TV for guest comfort.

The house itself was very nice, it was nicely decorated and everything was updated and clean. However we did have a couple of main issues that were a major draw back and very disappointing. 1) VACASA didn't tell us about the construction that would occur during our 2 week stay. The website didn't post about the construction nor did VACASA email to let us know there would be Construction noise. Saturday and Sunday were the only peaceful days. Monday through Friday there was a lift that ran from about 7:45 to 4:30 everyday with loud beeping, like a truck backing up. We understand it is Florida and there seems to always be construction to repair Storm damage, but there was no relief from it. VACASA said they could not do anything about it. It could be heard throughout the house. No peace and serenity, no late sleeping, and baby had hard time napping during the day. 2) The other issue was the pool cleanliness. It was cloudy and had a lot of sand it in upon our arrival. We understood by the Website the pool was to be cleaned every Monday and Thursday, but we called VACASA just to let them know the condition of the pool, so they could call the Pool company. The answering service said they would let them maintenance team know. When no one returned our call we figured they would come on Monday, but no one showed up. We called again. Someone came and said they cleaned the pool and added chemicals. We waited a couple of days and the water never cleared. Thursday and the next Monday no Pool maintenance people showed up, so we called VACASA again. The Pool guy finally showed up the following Wednesday (2nd week of the stay), but never corrected the problem with the pool. I called VACASA again, but the issue was never corrected, nor did the VACASA maintenance team call back. VACASA provides a Text service so you don't have to call and wait on hold. This is really nice and you receive a text back pretty quickly letting you know they are turning it over to the Local Maintenance Team. What is so frustrating is the maintenance team never called back. We really don't think this was the owners fault, but they should reach out to VACASA to request they improve their service to customers. The house was very expensive and we felt we should have recieved better service for our 2 week stay.

We loved everything about this beach house. It is beautifully decorated, has everything you would need for a great family vacation. Great customer service, wonderful views, etc. We would definitely stay here again!!!

The home was super clean and very comfortable. Pay for the heated pool- worth every penny. It was everything we hoped it would be and we made a lot of great memories with our family.

Right on the beach with a heated pool, multiple decks, and a great layout maximizing Gulf views. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets on what felt like private white sandy beaches. Great place!
