Pride in ownership abounds in this beautiful spacious two bedroom condo in New Smyrna Beach. Unit is tastefully appointed, beautifully decorated and the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your stay. Unfortunately I contracted the flu while there and had to leave a couple of days early. But will be happy to rent this condo again!

Pros - close to the beach (100 yard walk), tennis courts/pool/small gym in the community, good washer/dryer and appliances, overall clean and nice decorating.
Cons - slight smoke smell when we walked in (not enough to ask for a change and not overwhelming), the HVAC system wouldn't cool under 73 degrees - 3 people looked at it and it took 4 days to repair, single bedroom needs a darker shade on the window (light directly outside shines in the room).
Overall a good place for 3 people who want good access to the beach, play tennis, and want access to a pool.

The place is very spacious, clean, and inviting. This wasn't my original reservation, but was offered this one when a last minute issue happened with the original. I really thank the Vacasa Team put me in a better place for a very quiet experience.

The condo was exactly as it appears in the pictures. The master bed was firm, but soft. Reclining sofa was perfect for watching movies on YouTube, Netflix, Prime, etc. all included. Kitchen was just big enough to cook, well supplied with pots/pans, dishes, utensils, etc. The Balcony was where we ate all of our meals. VERY relaxing! We were close enough to the beach you could hear the waves if traffic was stopped. The crosswalk for the beach access is just outside the condo building. If we go back to NSB, would rent this place again.
(The only less than optimal situation is you do not have access to the elevator. Steps aren’t steep, but with knee issues, the elevator would be nice.)
