This lovely home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on a bluff overlooking Lake Tahoe. There are spectacular views of Meeks Bay to the north, Rubicon Bay to the south and the entire lake from the 700 square foot deck. The house is surrounded by federal Forest Service land, providing complete privacy and tranquility.

LIVING AREA

The stunning living area features floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the lake as well as a circular wood-burning fireplace as the centerpiece. A large TV equipped with multiple streaming services and a large DVD collection is ideal for movie nights.

An additional lofted living space offers a full-size sofa bed as well as a game table with a selection of board games and puzzles.

KITCHEN & DINING

Keep your group happily fed with delectable eats thanks to a well-equipped kitchen that has a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a three-person island for extra preparation space.

When it’s time to dine, gather for meals at the 10-person table indoors or seating for 10 outdoors.

The primary bedroom has a California king bed, patio access, and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination.

Parking for two vehicles in the garage and two in the driveway. Four-wheel drive AND chains/snow tires are required to park in this driveway during the winter season. There is no street parking during winter; all vehicles must be parked in the garage and/or driveway. Year-round there is off-street parking for four cars.
This two-story home is accessed via two flights of exterior stairs. It also has an electrified bear fence, which must be armed upon each property entry/exit.

During winter, Hwy 89 may closed at Emerald Bay due to avalanche danger; at those times, the house will only be accessible from the north end of the lake.

Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken; no puppies allowed. Pet fee must be paid for each dog.

This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. The grill and outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter months.

This home is equipped with security cameras at the front and back entrances; no audio is recorded.

Multiple hiking trails are accessible by foot from this neighborhood, and many more are within a 15-minute drive.
