The whole experience was awesome. The elks were the best. Easy check in and out. Definitely will go again.

Beautiful place, clean and excellent service. Loved every minute!

We certainly enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival, it did not look like it had been well cleaned. We loved how secluded and quiet it was, as well as watching the elk right off the porch at dusk. We will definitely be back!

Was a beautiful little cottage. The windows and blinds need a cleaning but otherwise was pretty clean. Nice porch to sit and relax on. Was a little confused on whether or not you were allowed to use the firewood or charcoal that was there. Didn't know if it was complimentary. Also the sign said no dogs but the listing says you can(we luckily didn't bring ours). Will definitely be back again.

This cabin was a great little stay in Maggie Valley. It is somewhat secluded but you are still right in town. It had not been cleaned when we arrived but they promised to refund us the cleaning fee. Everything else was great and we really enjoyed the cabin. We even had an elk visit each day! Our only issue was the parking. We brought our motorcycle in a 14' enclosed trailer and there was no where to park it. Thankfully a resident let us park it in their yard which was located across the property. For cabins 10, 11, & 12 trailer parking is not an option. Also if you just ride your motorcycle, the driveway in and out of these three cabins is a little tricky...use caution!

The quiet surroundings, the Elk walking right by our cabin and eating apples in the field. The jacuzzi and fireplace. The kitchen which was stocked well with plates, glasses and silverware.
Manager response:
Susan, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We apologize for any cleaning details that were amiss when you arrived. We are glad the local staff was able to correct these issues quickly. Thank you for staying with us. We hope to have another opportunity to host you.
