Come and relax in Beach JAM’N located just steps from highly-desired, Avon Beach, with spectacular views of both the ocean and the sound. Newly renovated, the cottage boasts all new bedding, flooring, and more. The open-concept layout features a large family room with a vaulted ceiling, a 55-inch TV with Direct TV and DVD-player, two islands-each with three bar stools, and a large round dining table for eight.
The freshly painted bedrooms are furnished with comfortable new bedding for your family’s needs. Three of those bedrooms have smart TVs ready for your streaming devices, the primary bedroom is also equipped with Direct TV.
Experience views of the ocean from three decks and the sound from the top deck. The main deck is covered keeping you dry on any wet days. Walking to and from the beach is easy with the well-maintained boardwalk located at the foot of the driveway. A large outdoor shower, as well as a lighted fish cleaning station, are also available for your convenience.
Beach JAM’N is conveniently close to Food Lion, DQ, and the surrounding shops. Additionally, the cottage is located on the corner of a quiet street with limited traffic that allows for family-friendly walking and biking.

We loved staying here. The kitchen was excellent (we cooked every morning and every night). The puzzles were a big hit, and the Upstairs TV was impressive. This home was perfect for our family reunion. We enjoyed the comfortable beds with quality linens and bath towels. The pool and hot tub were also a plus and the sunset views from the back deck were gorgeous. We had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the elevator was a big plus as we have a daughter with disabilities. Loved the location of the house. Even though it was not ocean front we were able to see the ocean from the living level and the rooftop deck was an added bonus! Kids loves hanging out up there.
