• The Pool, Kiddie Pool, Hot Tub, Swim Park, and Lazy River are available from April 1st - September 30th and closed from October 1st - April 1st
• The Waterslide as well as the Poolside Bar and Grill is currently unavailable
• Streaming is available using your own accounts.
• Boat docks and slips are available to rent. The Reserve does not offer watercraft rentals. Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive information on local watercraft companies that deliver to The Reserve Marina.
• Vacasa does not manage the common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis.

• 2 dogs, weighing 60 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
