This room is well suited to host your group with its brilliant island kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, comfy couches to kick up your feet and relax on whilst watching favorite TV shows, and an outside patio area with a gas grill for cooking up some tasty meals. The walls of this villa are adorned with modern pieces of art. Head upstairs to find your bedroom set up in pristine condition for your convenience. Sit around the table on the patio and watch the sunset from the relaxation of your own private view.

Boat docks and slips are available to rent. The Reserve does not offer watercraft rentals. Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive information on local watercraft companies that deliver to The Reserve Marina.
Vacasa does not manage the common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis.
Drought conditions will affect the water levels for Lake Travis so please know that the pictures in the listing may not reflect the true level of water during your stay. We are not able to give refunds or cancellations due to low water levels.

- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
