What a perfect vacation getaway! We had the best week at Smiles and Sunsets! The townhome was clean and well stocked. The house was the perfect temperature and the elevator was super convenient for sending our luggage and groceries to the top floors. The beds were super comfy for good rest after a full day at the beach. And speaking of the beach, wow! Just a short walk through the beautiful, well maintained courtyard to an expansive beach area at the bottom of the boardwalk ramp (makes it super easy to bring a wagon). So much sand and room to spread out. The kids had a blast running around and not being crowded together next to other families. The pool was super nice when we needed a break from the sand. Whether we watched the sunset from the beach or from the 4th floor balcony, the views were incredible! Perfect location on the north cape close to ConeHeads and Longbills and the state park for adventures. The size of the house is great for 2 small families to enjoy this piece of paradise together. Highly recommend Smiles and Sunsets!

This was a great location for us over the New Year. We are very active so enjoyed the quick access to the beach and the bike path to travel up the cape. It was an also a short drive to Indian Pass Raw Bar, hiking near Apalachicola, and exploring St. George Island.

The house was perfect for Christmas getaway. It was spacious and open and pet friendly. The beach was literally a 5 minute walk and the distance to the stores was acceptable. The house is steps away from the main road so the downside is the road/traffic noise, for the sensitive hearing. Nonetheless, if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind, try Breezy Beach.
