Minutes away from Historic Kapa'a and centrally located between the North and South Shores of Kauaui, 319 Kailani offered great views, amenities and comfort away from home. It allowed our family (2 adults 1 child) to rest comfortably when not enjoying the scenic beaches and mountains of Kauaui.

This is a great little unit. The view was beautiful. Furnishings very nice. Very well stocked and lots of extras, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, boogie board, cooler and ice packs. I was concerned about only having AC in the bedroom but this wasn’t a problem at all. We never used it. The fans and the breeze were definitely enough in December. W/D huge plus for us. The only negative I have is if you are bothered by noise you may be disappointed by the excessive street noise and high foot traffic by the unit. It really didn’t bother us we sleep sound but it was definitely noticeable. We would definitely stay here again. The location was very central to everywhere on the island.

There Re several things that make this property a 10 (despite little issues here and there). The view from all the living area windows is AMAZING! The sound of the waves when the sliders are open (mesmerizing). The ocean breeze that enters the unit in the early morning and evening. Watching the sunrise I from the Lanai…indescribable. WOW! .
