Kauai never disappoints. Pool on property was great when not playing in ocean around island.

We loved the location of the condo and all the nice amenities. If you want a family friendly stay and the ability to walk lots of places, then this is a great spot for you. The pool has a beautiful view! Actually, there were 3 pools we had accesss to when staying at this condo (Beachview pool at Manualoha, the pool/hot tub at Poipu Kai, and pool + water slide at Poipu Athletic Club). It's a short walk to Brennecke's Beach or Poipu Beach and there are nice beach accessories included with the stay, like boogie boards, snorkel gear, intertubes, brand new looking chairs, umbrella and more. The condo is set up well for guests, with new AC and all lights labeled. There were lots of little kitchen extras we did not realize were provided: a welcome amenity (cookies, granola & 2 coffee packs), olive oil, huge spice rack, foil, bag clips, paper towels, etc.
Everything was seamless and easy with Vacasa, from check in to check out and the communuications provided in advance. Unlike some other condos where you need to do multiple loads of laundry, all they asked us to do at checkout was start the dishwasher.

Love this unit for its view overlooking the pool, tiki bar and ocean! This was our third year in this unit. Enjoy having use of the beach chairs! The resort is great and very beautifully landscaped. Love it’s central location and so much to walk to.
