Recent Smoky Mountains, North Carolina vacation rental reviews

The general location worked out for our vacation in the area. We spent more time around the BRP than GSMNP. The only thing that prevented a 5-star rating was the 1+ plus gravel road to the house. It wasn't too bad, just a little bumpy for our passenger car (Toyota Avalon). The hot tub felt great after hiking every day. We did forget something at the house and we were able to just walk across the foot bridge to retrieve it. Overall, the house was great and fit our needs perfectly.

Awesome view and location !

You cannot tell from the pictures, but the cabin was VERY isolated. You could barely see the rooftop of the nearest adjacent property through the treetops. It is overlooking the small creek, but the pictures do not do it justice. The creek had several drops that made for a spectacular waterfall sound with the doors open or sitting on the porch. We will likely be back to this cabin.
