Located in the urban technology center of Seattle, these South Lake Union condo rentals are right near the water and many of the city’s main attractions! The Union SLU building itself features fantastic amenities, spacious living areas, and breathtaking views from six rooftop decks.

Located in the SLU neighborhood (short for “South Lake Union”), you’ll be just a block away from the lake, where you can rent a kayak, browse the MOHAI museum, or eat clam chowder at Ivar’s on a sunny day.

Walk just a half a mile to the Seattle Center, where you can see a concert at the Key Arena, tour the EMP, or take the elevator to the top of the Space Needle.

Union SLU Amenities

While our Union SLU vacation rentals vary in size and shape, they all offer large windows (some with views of the city), energy-efficient kitchen appliances, hardwood floors, and private washer/dryers. Patios and balconies are available in some rentals for some fresh air! With concierge access, this gated urban community is very safe and centrally located.

Of course, much of the fun of staying in Union SLU comes with the shared community features. You’ll love hosting a barbecue up on one of the six rooftop decks with gas grills, lounge furniture, and dining areas. From here, you’ll be surrounded by a stunning cityscape panorama, including views of the iconic Space Needle.

After your meal, work off the calories at the fitness center or host a game night in the entertainment room. Despite its luxury, this building is also environmentally friendly, with a LEED Silver rating.

Seattle is known as one of the most dog-friendly cities in America, with many off-leash dog parks, dog-friendly kayak, canoe, and paddle board rentals, and even a handful of restaurants where you can bring your pooch inside to eat with you on rainy days. The Union SLU condos are no exception – many are pet friendly with a small nightly fee, so you can bring your furry friend along wherever you go!

No car? No worries! From your spot right by lower Queen Anne, you’ll be near public transit. Union SLU also has bike racks and bike storage available, so if you prefer two wheels to four, your trusty bicycle will be safe and sound. If you bring your car, just park in the garage (which includes electric charging stations) and take the elevator upstairs!
