A basic home
Nothing fancy, everything worked but the Master Bedroom and bath had two missing lightbulbs
Daily rate was good but the fees jacked up the total amount a lot.
Manager response:
Thank you for staying with us, Christine! We are glad you enjoyed the home and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We will make sure any lightbulbs in need of replacement are promptly addressed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hope to host you again in the future!

My parents were visiting me from out of state and wanted to spend some time in Bend. This was a great house for the price, quite close to central Bend and had all the amenities we needed.

The customer service from Vacasa was excellent. I felt the cost was a bit high but it served it's purpose.

Equidistant between 3rd Street and the railroad tracks, this 3 br, 2 ba cottage is relatively close to the Mill District and Crux Fermentation Project. Convenience is about the only desirable feature, as this "dog friendly" property has only a partial fence out back, making it impractical to let your dog out except on a leash. We had to move light bulbs to different fixtures, as a good many were either missing or burned out. Prepare to spend lengthy time getting a glass of water in the kitchen, as the faucet aerator reduces flow to a trickle. Plan to compete for parking on the street, as the advertised 2-car parking is so narrow, you cannot open car doors on either side once you are in the private driveway--a fence and the building effectively block you in. There is a heat pump for A/C and heat, but no instructions and the batteries in the remote were so weak we couldn't read the display. Great property if you don't plan on spending much time there. Would be much nicer if they'd take the $900 we paid and do some simple maintenance.
Manager response:

The home was a good value
Some maintenance issues... A little more thorough cleaning was needed, hair in master shower..... many lightbulbs burned out.
They say drive way is narrow, and we were unable to park our Jeep and open doors.
Also, the backyard appears to be attached, but it is a separate fenced area shared by three units .
While we were there they are doing some major construction at the end of the street and it was closed and noisy....
