Newport Escape is a stunning duplex which sits right on Newport Bay and treats guests to breathtaking, picture-perfect views. Inside, you'll find newly renovated living spaces, contemporary styling, and plenty of top-of-the-line amenities. Prepare meals in one of two full kitchens with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bars. Gather together in the spacious, sunlit living area where you can pull open the folding glass doors and expand this space out to the amazing, furnished patio. Enjoy the view and the fresh air from multiple furnished balconies, cook up a few special treats on the gas grills, and soak in the private, outdoor hot tub located on the top floor. An adjacent dock is available for kayaks, paddleboards, and similar rentals.

Guests will have their pick of superb sleeping options at this home including a master bedroom with a King-size bed, three bedrooms with Queen-size beds, and two lofts with Queen-size Murphy Beds.

This home is situated on the north end of Balboa Peninsula facing the Bay, right next to the Balboa Fun Zone amusement park and a couple blocks from the Rendezvous Ballroom Historical Marker and Balboa Peninsula Park which offers a multi-use field, picnic tables, and a beach playground. Downtown Newport Beach is only a few miles from this rental where you'll find top notch restaurants, bakeries, a movie theater, Irish pub, and several unique shops. And for a fun-filled day of adventure, take the whole family up to Disneyland located just 21 miles from your front door.

The luxury home is located right on the bay and is perfect for lounging and watching the boats go by. There is a small private beach in front that is safe for little ones. It is also a 2min walk to The Fun Zone and tons of restaurants and shops. Beach is a 5min walk. It's the best of both worlds when it comes to a bay view and ocean fun. There are tons of places to rent bikes, boogie boards, SUP, Kayaks, boats, etc. Everything you need is within a very short walk. The home is bright and modern with updated kitchens and bathrooms. Every bedroom has an en suite, creating an abundance of privacy for the guests. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the essentials and the contacts were attentive and responsive. I definitely recommend this property and will likely be back next year. My only concern was that there was construction happening on the home next door and that definitely put a bit of a damper on the serenity of the location during weekdays. But if you plan to be out and about enjoying the bay and beach for most of the day, then it wouldn't be a problem.

The home was gorgeous and has a peaceful view mornings and evenings. Enjoyed watching the boats coming and going! Such a perfect location to rent bikes, restaurants and the beach!

Property is excellently maintained with all the amenities, great location facing bay and the sandy beach a 5 minute walk. You won't need a car your entire stay. Will definitely return.

This property stirred up major desires to want to live on the island, bayside. The appointments were top notch. We spent the majority of our stay sitting on the back patio gazing at the passing boats and people watching.
