Location was fabulous! Easy beach access was the best. Condo is basic could use some updates. Relatively clean, can only do so much with older tile, cabinets, tub and baseboards. I would suggest vinyl plank flooring. Plenty of towels and linens provided. Need to provide a side chair (no side chairs as shown in pictures) Could use a better couch and new mattress for the queen bed. I would at least replace the area rug, shower curtain, batteries and/or working remotes (only worked for channel change, could not power on or adjust volume) Grounds of the condos are really kept nice and clean.

If you love the beach this is the place for you!! Cute and very comfortable, super clean and loaded with anything you could need. It is steps from gated beautiful beach and within walking distance to amazing places to eat! Never a need to get in your car. Loved this place! I’ll be back😊❤️

This was our 3rd stay at a Gulfview Condo. This was the 3rd best of the 3 condos we have stayed at. Definitely had some issues with maintenance and cleanliness of equipment but mostly minor things that didn’t affect our overall trip. The condo was nicely decorated and provided plenty of linens and towels. We were able to cook most of our meals so we didn’t have to go out. Overall a decent experience.

Cute little condo!! Best price for a small family including fees and taxes!! Hard to beat!! There were a few bugs that needs to be addressed and the dryer outside the unit is really loud and squeaking when you’re trying to sleep but that’s not the fault of the homeowners!! Maybe a bigger bed but definitely a cute little place!! Enjoy!!
