Large home right on the water. Very functional for several families. The house was what you'd expect. Not fancy but functional. However, Vacasa was very unhelpful. We reached out with several questions before the trip and didn't ever receive responses. Then during our stay, the Wifi was so bad that we couldn't even operate the TVs (all smart TVs that were connected by Wifi). We also couldn't use computers due to the slow Wifi so don't plan on trying to work while you're there. When we called Vacasa they said that it was due to high usage in the area and suggested we try to connect to a neighboring properties Wifi (really?!). For as much as we spent on the week, I'd expect much better customer service. We typically rent from 360 Blue in Florida and their customer service is incredible. Again, decent house in a prime location but will not rent from Vacasa again.

We have been short-staffed due to COVID-19 and are sorry to read that meant we were slow in responding to your questions and requests. The WiFi on the island is extremely slow, and the internet company said there were so many people accessing the internet it was bogging everything down. We apologize this was a frustration for you. Great house, very spacious and the location is tremendous. My only complaint is the wifi is so weak it’s not even worth trying to connect to.

Beautiful house but pool was not clean, water very cloudy. One dishwasher didn't work. Exhaust and light over stove didn't work. Cleaning crew showed up before we left even though we had not notified you we were leaving. Childs stuffed animal left behind in the hurry to leave. very difficult to find out who to contact in regard to that. Not a big deal to some but to the child and the parent of that child who just lost their favorite stuffed animal IT'S A BIG DEAL.

It was a wonderful place. Beautiful but we had issues with the WiFi and the pool could have been cleaned at least every other day.

Everything was great. The only issue was wifi connection was slow and one of the plugs in the upstairs sitting area was loose.

We got a MAJOR upgrade so we were very thankful for that. However, we had a pool issue to where the pool started to feel like a hot tub. It started happening mid-week right after the guy came to do the regular servicing (I suppose cleaning). That’s exactly when it started happening. I called and she told me it was because of the “heat index.” I told her that was not the case and could someone come look at it anyway. She just repeated it was because of the heat index and wouldn’t send anyone out. I have a pool in Memphis and today the temps are in the 90s, heat index is over 100 and it’s not covered and it doesn’t feel anywhere near that hot. I didn’t press the issue because we got an upgrade that we really did appreciate and we weren’t even supposed to have a pool, but it sure would have been nice to be able to enjoy that pool. I just feel it wouldn’t have taken long to send someone over to feel what I was talking about. I hope if I paid the 18k-20k they would have sent someone out. This incidence was very different than the rest of our experience with Kaiser. Everything else was very enjoyable.

Our family celebrated Fathers Day, mine and my wife’s 50th anniversary and my 74th birthday-all in the same week. Arena Blanca was a perfect property to accommodate all of us comfortably. The bedrooms, bathrooms, decks, kitchen, bar area, dining area, great room, pool area and walkway to the beach were all first class.
