The best of Destin awaits with a stay at this perfectly located getaway boasting canal access! With a place to tie up the boat, this will make for a perfect home base for a fishing trip or family vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances of home and can seat eight comfortably to enjoy a bite to eat after a long day in the sun. Sipping a cocktail at sunset will be a dream come true on the large deck that overlooks the canal. Not to mention, it's a perfect location to have a cookout and enjoy the Thursday fireworks on the harbor! There are two boat tie-ups that are directly behind the house with easy access to jump on and go for a ride in the beautiful emerald waters of Destin. The boat slips pictured are not available for use, but the tie-ups on the outside of the slips can be used. Split into two floors, this home has plenty of room for privacy. The first floor offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms including a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. On the second floor, you will find two more bedrooms, a full bath, and a large living room.
This house is centrally located in the heart of Destin on Holiday Isle, the peninsula of sugar-white sands to the south of the Destin Harbor area. A few of the area's attractions include a view of the bay and the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants featuring the succulent seafood of this coastal region. Plus, the close proximity to the harbor and marina means that deep-sea fishing and boating charters are mere minutes away. If the kiddos have come along, they will surely want to have a full day of fun at Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, just two miles away.
