Find yourself making the best beach memories at this luxury condo on the boardwalk between the piers. This coastal abode has been furnished with tropical décor and boasts a large living room and bar area on the ground floor perfect for entertaining family and friends. Any downtime will be well-spent, as a table sits near the sliding glass doors with seating for six which can be used for enjoying a drink from the bar or playing a board game with the family. The front of the property abounds with stunning views of the Newport pier and surrounding area and the Balboa pier is just on the horizon as you look south, and the Newport pier is in plain sight to your right. Don't forget to check for dolphins playing in the water in the distance, they are a common sight! on warm evenings, step out to the north-facing deck and show off your skills on the gas grill in th fresh air. You will also be able to create a fantastic gourmet meal for the family in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, an eight-burner stovetop, and a dishwasher.

On the beach level, there are three inviting bedrooms and two bathrooms, one suite with a queen bed and adjoining bath, another with a queen bed, and a third with a double bed. The second level houses the main living area and master suite. There are three large bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms on the second level. The main suite is extensive, featuring a beautifully carved four-post king bed and two suede armchairs for lounging next to the fireplace. If your office requires you to bring work to the beach, you can set up at a fantastic office area in the master bedroom. There is even a balcony facing the alley to allow in the ocean breeze. The guest bedroom on the second floor features a twin bunk bed with tropical stenciling around the room which stimulates the imagination. It's a perfect space to accommodate children. The third bedroom on the second level has a queen bed with beautiful built-in furniture.

Located between the Balboa and Newport piers, this stretch of beach is one of the best spots for beach activities, people watching, bike riding, and soaking up the sounds and breezes from the ocean waves. Just two blocks from Newport Pier, you and your guests will have no problem checking out the hustle and bustle of this vibrant city. Plus, there are unlimited shopping options, restaurants, and beach equipment rentals surrounding the pier making for full days of fun in the sun.

Stay of a lifetime...the only thing missing was a chef

Wonderful location. Great floor plan for a large family. Incredible views. Thankful for all the supplies in the kitchen and great little touches like plugs and usb chargers everywhere. Only negative was loud music from upstairs unit on third floor, a challenge and surprise for such a premium rental. But very comfortable otherwise.

I have stayed at this property for the pass 7 years. The location is a 10, and the property has the amenities that are typically in private homes. Location and interior amenities are a good selling point for rental for anytime of the year.

The view is incredible—no need to fly to Hawaii. The house was clean and updated.
