Great location, clean house, they had almost everything you need to cook. They had a lot of toys for you to be able to play on the beach. Rental owner never showed, so big plus because I love my privacy. Neighbors seem to know the owner , so we got a great history on the house! Will for sure rent this property again!
We loved the closeness of beach an plenty of things Grandkids could engage in. House was adequate for the eleven of us. We had a great time. Thanks
Right on the beach and convenient to all the bars and restaurants. Floor plan is a little funky, but you can’t beat the convenient location. Works perfect for two families with one family upstairs and the other downstairs.
We were able to spend 7 glorious days with three generations in so this home. The beach was great. Sand toys, board games in the evening, and plenty of room. Clean and inviting. The layout is a little unusual but didn’t seem to bother anyone. The view is spectacular and the updates kitchen was a pleasure. Plenty of comfortable beds for everyone.
Great location. Great home. We had plenty of room even with 8 people.
Plenty of room for our children and grandchildren from Arizona, Minnesota, and California. Nice beachfront for friends to visit.
We had a wonderful family reunion at this beach front house! We loved the big windows looking out at the ocean. The 5 bedrooms worked well, allowing each couple to have their own room. Great location with nice deck and easy access to the beach.
We stayed here for 3 days before heading to Disneyland. 6 Adults and 4 kids fit perfectly.
The place was clean and the photos and 3D walkthrough allowed us to plan our rooms before we got there.
The shower downstairs was a bit odd to get in and out of.
Some more info on the local area would be helpful, like where and how far local shops are and places we can order delivery food. As we are not from the US the Uber eats app did not work for some reason.
Otherwise we had an amazing time. Thankyou
The location, the view, all the beach toys made it PERFECT!! We will stay again!!
This house was great for 4 couples and a single. It's one of the original houses in Newport. We loved looking at the photo book that showed the history of the home. The 5 bedrooms were comfortable. The layout is a little strange with 3 bedrooms downstairs and the main living area, kitchen and 2 more bedrooms upstairs. However, the views make up for it. We saw dolphins swim by every morning. The home is well stocked with everything you would need including beach games. The parking for two small cars inside the garage and one car behind the garage is amazing for that area. We walked to the pier several times and it was easy to get an Uber to pick us up when needed. If you are a fan historic homes, then this place will be a good choice.
The views from this seafront home are wonderful. Uninterrupted, ever changing seascapes and spectacular sunsets.
Spacious living areas and five bedrooms accommodated nine of us comfortably.
Well equipped for cooking and dining as well as beach games, BBQ and outdoor furnishings make it ideal for a large family holiday.
Off road parking is particularly useful in this area.
Nice quiet house. Kitchen is small, but works!
Fam and I spent a week here. Checked out yesterday.
This is my second time booking with Vacasa and I am pleased with the customer care. I recommend Vacasa to almost everyone who inquires on a local holiday getaway. Curious to know if there are any pet friendly locales that I may suggest.
I love that parking at this location was a breeze, absolutely no hassle getting in and out of the unit (though, a garage door opener would be helpful). Almost ironic, but the fact that Vacasa does not check in on you actually makes it feel like a home away from home. Washer and dryer NOT coin operated, WOOHOO (it’s the little things that count). Lovely neighbors.
Thanks for maintaining a peaceful place to make memories.
We needed to change our Christmas plans last minute due to the California wildfires and we were happy to find this house available. Our group of 9 (three couples, three single adults) fit into this house just fine. We enjoyed cooking and grilling as well as sitting on the deck and in the living room after the sun set. The location is unbeatable. It is about three blocks away from the boardwalk so you get convenient access to that without people walking in front of your house all day. We recommend renting bikes for getting around Newport Beach. We had no issues and didn't have to meet with or talk with the Vacasa staff at all. Some people were worried about the quality of furnishings from the picture but everything was clean and comfortable. Overall would highly recommend.
The house was great. Enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning and watching the waves with dolphins swimming by was incredible.
BeachNutts was perfect for our stay. Home was well kept and very nice. Perfect location for the beach. Will definitely book again!
We really enjoyed the stay at Beach Nuts. This house is in a little quieter area, but just a few blocks from the beach strand for walking and biking. The Kitchen and baths have been updated in comparison to the rest of the house. All the supplies we needed for cooking were in the kitchen. It was an easy walk out to the water to set up for the day, or nice hanging out on the 1st level deck. If you have compact cars, you can fit 2 in the garage which is a plus in this neighborhood. You can find street parking eventually, depending on your arrival time. A couple of things to note: the access to the lower deck is easiest through the 2 bedrooms, so be prepared if you have a full house and someone is sleeping in there. Also, one of the bathrooms is in one of those 2 bedrooms and could really use a door between it and the bedroom. The way it is set up, it can only be closed off on the hallway side, and if that bedroom door is open to access the deck, there is no way to close the bathroom door. It would also be really nice if the upstairs lounge area had some larger windows to open. We happen to be there on an unusually hot weekend, so it got pretty warm. Overall a very nice stay. This was my first time using Vacasa, and there was just one billing issue that they fixed quickly, so would have no issues using them again.
I rented this house for my girlfriend's surprise birthday weekend. She had no idea and when she saw the house stocked with her friends, she flipped!
We had 8 people stay and everyone was in a bed. The best part of this house, in my opinion, is the ample seating room. The couches in front of the large windows that overlook the beach are a perfect way to spend a sunset or a mid day nap. The patio is well stocked seats and lounge chairs and 2 round tables with umbrella and if that weren't enough, there are a few picnic tables on the sand along with umbrellas.
Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything you would need. The house has some beach games that were not listed on the website - Corn hole, Kan Jam, Spike Ball, & Bocci ball.
We brought our bikes and it was so easy and fun to ride to the pier area or to the grocery store for last minute things. Parking can be rough but once we found spots our cars sat there for the duration of the stay and we used bikes and longboards to get around.
I couldn't ask for a better rental for the weekend and I plan on renting this same house next summer!
