This single-story home is located in a wooded neighborhood of South Lake Tahoe, less than a mile from restaurants, shops, a Whole Foods, and other conveniences in the heart of town. The base of Heavenly Mountain Resort is less than a mile in the other direction, with a stop for the shuttle right at the corner. It's a fantastic setting for fun in every season, with El Dorado Beach, Bijou Municipal Golf Course, and the casinos of Stateline all within two miles.

Begin each day in the fragrant pine air out back, sipping your coffee on the spacious deck and letting your dog stretch his legs in the fenced yard. Back inside, a lovely eat-in kitchen awaits, where you can flip pancakes on the gas stove, seat your sous chefs at the island bar, and gather around the table for breakfast.

After a day out on the waters of Lake Tahoe or skiing the world-class slopes of Heavenly, return home to relax and unwind. Set up a board game at the dining room table, sink into the plush recliners and stream movies using the Amazon Fire TV Stick, or move into the converted garage game room to enjoy a pool table, a piano, and another TV. The ultimate relaxation is found right outside in your soothing, private hot tub.

The serene bedrooms include one with its own desk workspace - a great spot to log onto the complimentary WiFi and take work calls in peace. In addition to the bedrooms, there’s a special place for kids to stay in the built-in, woodsy bunks.

• Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2,000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

• 2 dogs , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
