What We Love
Nestled in the heart of the picturesque Texas Hill Country, this ground-floor vacation rental offers a serene escape for a romantic getaway for two or a solo adventure. Venture out a bit to discover a variety of local attractions including the Pioneer Museum, Marktplatz von Fredericksburg, the National Museum of the Pacific War, and the Lady Bird Johnson Municipal Golf Course, all less than eight miles from your door.
Stock up your fridge and prepare all your favorite recipes in the open-concept kitchen complete with a suite of stainless steel appliances. Meet up for meals, set up your laptops, or play a few board games at the kitchen table, or make your way out to the furnished deck where you can take advantage of the gas grill to whip up some local Texas recipes and then dine alfresco with a view!
When you're craving a little friendly competition, you'll find an air hockey table in the shared garage and a Ping-Pong table outside on the patio, while relaxing evenings can be spent in the shared hot tub or gathered around the propane fire table up on the deck.

- The hot tub and garage are shared between the two vacation rentals.
- Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
- All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
