Welcome to Encinitas and our oasis! This home is attached to a 1-bedroom ADU. There is a local guest staying in this ADU. The ADU does not have access to the back yard. It is very private. The ADU and the home have a shared driveway.

Steps from here, the open living room, dining area, and kitchen blend together in perfect unison. The living room's gas fireplace, smart TV, and oversized sofa lend themselves to family movie viewings, whereas the chef's kitchen displays a full suite of stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and a sizable breakfast bar. A remote work station is also available in this space and down the hall. When all you want is a sweet beverage, the home's wet bar will come in handy.

Down the hallway, the expansive primary suite boasts a fireplace, large TV, and spa-like bathroom. Moments of self-care will come with ease amidst the bathroom's jetted tub and large walk-in shower. Adorned with bohemian decorations, pops of color, high-quality linens, and central air - the additional three bedrooms are just as comfortable. The interior amenities extend to the designated exercise space and separate laundry area.

• The pool can be heated for an additional $100/night.

• 1 dog , weighing 75 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
• 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 100 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
