The home had everything you need. The owner provided plenty of towels, body wash, shampoo and even laundry detergent. The neighborhood is quiet, day and night and the few people I saw were friendly. It was only 3.5 miles from my in-laws which made my wife very happy. I would definitely stay there again.

The location is great

The house was clean, nicely appointed, and has a nice view of the sunset. The driveway is large and you can turn cars around in it so you don't have to back out onto the busy street. The local host installed a latch up high on the french patio doors so children can't get out to the pool without an adult unlocking the door. Service needs improvement. The local host was very responsive during our stay, but questions sent directly to the local host via email and text before our stay did not solicit a response. Once I called the local host, text responses were timely. So, maybe they were being sorted as spam before that. Responsibility for the pool heat was apparently not well established between the host and Vacasa. Vacasa said to contact the local host, the local host said Vacasa had to bill it. In the end, while I requested it 3 days ahead of time, it didn't get turned on until the day we arrived. That along with a problem with the timer meant the pool was too cold the first couple of days. The local host refunded a couple of days of the heat charge, but we still missed out on some pool time. I'd stay here again, but don't think I'd use Vacasa again. Don't use Vacasa's text support service. Every response was incorrect and instead of re-reading the texts and providing a correct answer, they were argumentative. A phone call was necessary to get correct answers, but can be time consuming as they look things up. My questions were pretty basic, so it would seem there is inadequate training and a lack of customer service focus.
