Cute and beachy, this condo is ready to greet you after a long day of traveling. Step inside the foyer and be drawn to the walls of windows bringing in the sunlight and Gulf views. Discover the enchantment of sun, sand, and soothing surf when you step out on the wraparound balcony of this third-floor, Gulf-front condo. You'll enjoy breathtaking views from every room. Relax and let the Gulf breezes encourage you to embrace 'island time' for a few days!

The wraparound balcony is perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee, watching dolphins and coastal birds, and listening to Gulf waves lap against the white sand beach. Everyone is drawn to magnificent sunrises and sunsets from the balcony and the beach. There is a deck box full of beach chairs and toys to take to the beach. There are also rental loungers and umbrellas available on the beach from March to October. Gulf Village condominiums not only have the beach right outside; they enjoy a private fishing pier on Little Lagoon across the road behind the cottages. Day's Beachfront Dream is on the third level, with the elevator within 15 feet. There are two pools, with one just below the condo. Grills are poolside and parking is underneath the building, with carts to transport your luggage to the condo. Bring only what you need; there is a washer/dryer in the kitchen.

Most folks have a light breakfast and rush out to the sunshine, sand, and surf. They may take a cooler with drinks and snacks to the beach or come up for a sandwich for lunch. By 5 pm, you may be ready for a shower and dinner at one of the wonderful seafood restaurants nearby. Or, you could put something in the crockpot or prepare a shrimp boil at the condo. The kitchen is well-equipped for food preparation and service. Wine glasses are above the sink and there are two bar chairs. If you've brought the kids, grab the flashlights and head back to the beach around 8 pm to search for sand crabs on the moonlit sand. Delightful memories will bring smiles for decades to come.

For entertainment, there is a large TV and media player in the living room. There are also cards, board games, and puzzles for fun family time. Each bedroom has a mounted TV and a Blu-ray player. Satellite TV and free WiFi are available throughout the condo. Paperback books for beach reading are in both bedside tables in the queen room. Bring your Fire Stick or Roku if movies are your favorite way to relax after a day on the beach. The couch becomes a comfy sofa bed if needed.

All bedrooms have breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Separated from the others, the primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The property is 1.3 miles away from The Hangout on West Beach. Wonderful seafood restaurants are nearby, and the Tanger Outlets are a few miles up Highway 59 in Foley. Rouse's Grocery is prevalent along the Gulf Coast from New Orleans to Orange Beach, and we have one a couple of miles away on Highway 59 in Gulf Shores! You can find wonderful seafood and Louisiana specialties there!

• Gulf Village has routine pest control on the fourth Thursday of each month.
• Gulf Village is undergoing construction. They are repairing structural damage from the hurricane, which includes drilling into concrete and painting, and workers may need access to the balconies, which means views may be blocked by the workers/equipment. This will not affect the availability of the pool, however, it may affect other amenities, and certain areas may be blocked off and re-routed if needed. The balcony will be closed during repairs.
