I came to Seattle for the first time with my 2 teenagers. The house is very cozy, clean and charming. The neighborhood is wonderful and there are plenty of restaurants and a small grocery within easy walking distance.

Right in the heart of Fremont, what a wonderful hidden gem this condo is! It felt bigger than it probably is, and I loved the layout. It was very well appointed and cozy. Beds were super comfy and the linens were lovely. Everything was taken care of and I wanted for nothing. Absolutely zero negative feedback to give despite really trying to think of something that wasn't right. It was ALL delightful and super easy. Thank you so very, very much! I've bookmarked this site and will ALWAYS start here first when looking for a weekend getaway without leaving town, or for out of town guests looking for a hotel. I dare say: perfection.

Lovely, very well-appointed townhouse in Fremont neighborhood just one block from Fremont Ave. Only drawback would be the stairs.....if someone in your party is less capable of managing them. The second bedroom on the second floor is a bit small but, let's face it, you're only here for a vacation and the rest of the home has plenty of space for lounging around and such. Loved the keyless entry!!! No key to dig for and everyone in the group has the 'key'!

My greatest concern in renting a home is honesty in advertising. This place did that and had numerous touches that weren't even mentioned: top-notch laundry equipment; many sitting areas, even on the private terrace off the kitchen; and very well placed windows to provide maximum light with only the best of views. Staff was patient with complex questions.

First time ever using any kind of vacation rental business and I am happy to say this experience was a smooth one. The property is located in a cute little area not too far from downtown and within walking distance of a small market, shops, and bars/restaurants. The town home was clean and nicely set up though the "bedroom" on the second floor is really tiny. It was just large enough for the trundle bed that was in there. Not even enough room to keep luggage in there if you're going to need to pull out the trundle. We made it work though, and it was fine. We were in town for a wedding and were just thrilled to be just 5 minutes away from the wedding venue so the minor inconvenience of the room was a non-issue for us but thought I would mention it for others.

We loved this home. There are five of us in our family, including my husband and me and our 22 year old daughter and 15 and 14 year old sons. This house was perfect. The boys stayed in one room which had a twin with a trundle -- a little tight for them but fine. Our daughter had the other room on second floor which was great space for her, and the three kids shared a generously sized bathroom. My husband and I had the wonderful master suite on the third and top floor. The bathroom had a huge walkin shower with glass doors and we had double sinks and vanity. The deck off our master had a view of Mt. Ranier! The first floor has the kitchen and living room and dining area which were all very generously sized. The whole townhome seems very new and was spotless and totally perfectly stocked (other than needing some more glassware which we told Sea and Sky about and they promised to take care of for next guests - not a huge deal though). The kitchen was stocked very well and also had soap, paper towels, etc. The laundry is on the second floor and had new stackable w/d. The decor is very modern but very comfortable. We also loved the Fremont area. You can walk to many wonderful restaurants and a great coffee shop -- just steps away. You are also centrally located and close to downtown and the wonderful Ballard neighborhood. Perfect location. We'd definitely stay here again!
