- Gulf Village has routine pest control on the fourth Thursday of each month.
- Please note that Gulf Village is undergoing construction. They are repairing structural damage from the hurricane, which includes drilling into concrete and painting, and workers may need access to the balconies, which means views may be blocked by the workers/equipment. This will not affect the availability of the pool, however, it may affect other amenities, and certain areas may be blocked off and re-routed if needed.

- Parking notes: Two parking passes will be in the unit for your arrival. Make sure that these are filled out and displayed in your vehicles at all times. No more than two parking spaces are allotted per unit. Parking spaces are not numbered. Paid overflow parking is available at Pier 33 down the road. This is a convenience store with a lot that allows overnight parking. Go inside Pier 33 to pay the overnight parking fee. This fee will not be reimbursed by Vacasa.
