We stayed in 311 and it was very nice! The only problem with the room was the balcony door was broken. There were a lot of people playing music loudly at the pool and the beach which was extremely annoying. But we still had a good time.

Great location cute decor. Like the size of the balcony. Needs better cleaning. Very thick dust everywhere. Beds weren't fully made. Throw pillows were on the ground, the decorative bed pillows were on the floor in closet where there was dust. Missing comforters for the bunk beds.
Would recommend a fry pan for kitchen and an extra towel to dry dishes. There was only one towel provided in the kitchen. Two would provide one to sit clean dishes for drying, and the other one to dry the dishes. We had to use a bathroom towel.
Other than that, we were glad to see the elevators operational and the pool water was clean and clear.
Check in was easy, as well as check out. We liked the key pad to get into the unit instead of having to carry a card or key to get in.

It was right by the beach and there was easy access to everywhere. Didn’t like how the bedroom tv wouldn’t work as well as the master bedrooms ceiling fan and light

The kitchen drain didn’t work. The glass on the balcony door want attached to the door, the pool wasn’t a pool it had sand in the pool no water then they wanted me to walk my kids across the busy highway to go to another one of there properties just to swim. I just wasn’t happy about that

My family and I loved staying in this beautiful place!! It was conveniently located near shopping, dining and right on the beach. Beautiful view. The condo was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. It was a Home away from home.

The condo itself was as pictured and cute. The renovations were new and the interior of the property was clean. The condo offered easy access to the beach and the pool. Unfortunately, my group had an awful experience getting into the condo. We arrived shortly after 4 PM and unloaded our belongings to transport them to the 3rd floor. We found the lockbox to be completely dead and non-responsive. We spent the next THREE HOURS sitting outside the condo with our bags and coolers in 90 degree heat while Vacasa representatives gave us vague answers about what was going on. After about an hour and a half, a maintenance person arrived but had no tools to let us into the condo. There was no master key to be found and a locksmith had to be called to remove the lock completely. We didn’t get into the condo until over four hours after check-in which completely trashed our group’s plans for the evening. We haven’t gotten any kind of reimbursement from Vacasa and found the whole situation to be incredibly poorly handled. It was very surprising that a property management company wouldn’t have any processes in place to deal with something as routine as a lockbox’s batteries failing. Since we were only at the property a few days, it was pretty frustrating to have a full night taken away from us with no compensation on Vacasa’s part.

Every thing was great with the room but the master bed and the sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper only had 2 springs that weren't broken, had to be very careful with it or would have fell right thru it.
