Take in gorgeous views of Bainbridge Island and the snow-capped peak of Mt. Rainier from the spacious rooftop deck at this four-bedroom, waterfront home on the scenic shores of Poulsbo. This tranquil home is perfectly private and beautifully situated, with a bulkhead that you can descend to reach the water and a series of tidepools that are ripe for exploring. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows that frame Puget Sound and the surrounding woodlands, an open and spacious living room, and a fully appointed kitchen with island seating for your assisting sous chefs. A lovely downstairs entertainment room with paneled walls, tile floors, and even a desk workspace connects to the backyard through French doors, allowing you to entertain both inside and outside with ease. Sear fresh local seafood on the charcoal grill each evening, sit down for dinner at the picnic table on the roof terrace, and spend the rest of the night telling stories and roasting s'mores around the outdoor firepit. You'll sleep soundly in four comfortable bedrooms - one with a king-size bed, two with a double bed apiece, and a fourth with a queen-size bed and a full-size futon.
This waterfront home is located just south of Highway 305 in Poulsbo, with only a few steps separating the house from the shore. It's the perfect place to stay if you're attending a wedding or another event at Kiana Lodge, which sits just around the bend. Downtown Poulsbo, a picturesque village with a rich Scandinavian heritage, is five miles northwest, where you'll find several marinas, beautiful parks, a boardwalk that traces Liberty Bay, and wonderful shopping along Viking Avenue and at Poulsbo Village and College Market Place. You'll also travel with ease to and from downtown Seattle, with the Bainbridge Island Ferry Terminal only eight miles south.
