But the salty ocean air? That comes free no matter if you're inside or out.

This is a really cute 1 bedroom condo on the 2nd floor with a great view. Convenient to the elevators and good spot to watch the pool & the coming & goings on & off the beach. The unit needs a couple little repairs & a few updates, but otherwise we would stay here again.

After I paid $425 for 2 nights
I get a email telling me I have to pay a hoa parking fee , $55 !!!!
Which is absolutely ridiculous
Staying 2 nights that fee should be prorated PERIOD!!!
My husband and I were really pissed off about that and we will not stay there again because of the stupid hoa parking fee of $55 that the owner should be paying not the guests.
Manager response:
Elayna, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We are so happy to hear that your family enjoyed your getaway at our beautiful condo! We apologize for any inconvenience the HOA fee caused your party and appreciated your adherence to it nonetheless. We will share your concerns with the property manager for review. Thank you!

Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable bed. I would have given it 5 stars but needs a new coffee pot, frying pan that does not stick and no spatula to cook eggs. Last better chairs around table. You can not bet the price.

This condo was great for our little family of 3. The only thing that I have to say about it is the cleaning could have been better before we got there.
Manager response:
James, thank you for your review. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. We apologize for any cleanliness issues you experienced. Please know this is not a common occurrence. We appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again soon.

Me an my husband stayed here for our anniversary!!! Everything was perfect. The room was very clean. Kitchen was amazing my view to the beach was everything., I most definitely will be back. An every one was so nice when we check in

The condo was nice and as described. The only recommendation for the condo would be to have non-sheer curtains in the living room since there is a pull out couch to sleep on and it becomes daylight very early. The pullout isn’t the most comfortable either. As far as the condo itself goes, I would stay again. However, there is a reason vacasa has the cheapest prices. The pullout had used sheets on it with blood stains. They had left new sheets but clearly didn’t check to see if the pull out had been used previously. It took vacasa 6 hours and 3 phone calls to address our sheet situation which is unacceptable. It should’ve never been an issue and then for it to take this long to “make it right” was ridiculous. The towels are pretty low quality and shed when you dry off but that’s pretty minor. Again, the condo itself was great. Vacasa did not hold up their end. I hope these owners rethink who they list their property with.
Manager response:
Hi, Anna! The property manager has spoken with housekeeping about the oversight, and the homeowner will be replacing the mattress after the busy season. Thank you!

The bed was so soft and yummy. And it’s really nice to have sliding glass doors that work properly. I know that’s not a big deal unless they are a pain to open and close!
Shea P. Oct 2020
The view of the beach is beautiful from this condo. However, the maintenance and amenities were severely lacking inside. The balcony’s sliding glass door has to be forcefully opened, and one could not see out of the windows because they were extremely dirty. Also, the bedding was extremely stiff and scratchy which did not feel well after being outside on the beach all day.
Manager response:
Hi, Shea! We appreciate you telling us about your stay. The bedding will be updated, and we have scheduled a technician to look at the sliding glass door. Thank you!
