Oceanfront Home with Ocean Views, High-Speed WiFi, Central AC, and Washer/Dryer!

El Mar, which translates to “the sea”, is the name of this gorgeous beachfront home just waiting to assist in making the best memories. All bedrooms face the ocean, so each guest enjoys a spectacular ocean view and the ocean’s lullaby in the evening. Direct access to the beach means you’ll be on the sand in no time. Families and groups of friends will love hanging out together in this home, decorated in calming coastal blues and whites with the occasional punch of teal (check out the stairs!). Gather around the farmhouse table in the dining area that comfortably seats 10 to 12 people and plan your next adventure, host a game night, or share a meal. A fully stocked kitchen and ample breakfast bar will make mealtime as easy as the ocean breeze and an outdoor grill is also available for more casual meals. Hang out together in the super-plush living room, set up with plenty of comfortable seating and enough fish art to please any seashore fan. There's also a terrific view of the ocean and outside deck, thanks to the eight-foot windows built to bring in natural light. Central air conditioning will make sure the heat doesn't sneak in from outside. Head out onto the wide deck to grill up your catch, recline on the Adirondack chairs, or play a game of cards in the covered, screened-in porch. Did we mention that there's also direct beach access via a built-in deck? Because there absolutely is.

Comfort awaits you at day's end as each bedroom and bath offers an oasis of its own. The first bedroom lies just to the left as you come through the front door (just past the octopus-themed bathroom). This first bedroom features a king bed, a big-screen TV, and a private entrance to a comfortable furnished screened-in patio that connects to the main deck. This main bedroom is right across the hall from a lovely full bathroom that features double sinks, wall-to-wall tile flooring, tile wall accents, a jetted tub, and a handheld showerhead. Head upstairs (while taking an obligatory peek through the window on the landing) and head to the right to reach the second bedroom. This room features ne twin bed, one double bed, a private furnished deck, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. The loft on this floor features a twin-size daybed with a twin trundle bed in case you need an extra sleeping spot. There's also a desk workspace, perfect for if someone needs to complete remote work or school (don't worry, there's a curtain you can draw for privacy). The final bedroom of the house is just beyond - this room features a twin-over-twin bunk bed set, a double bed, a big-screen TV, and a lovely private furnished deck. The bathroom is just next door - it features hardwood-style flooring, a standalone shower with a glass partition, and beadboard-style wood paneling perfect for helping little ones find their way in the dark.

The Morris Lighthouse Heritage Preserve is a short ride to the eastern end of the island, looking out on the historic lighthouse that protected the entrance to Charleston Harbor. All that downtown Charleston has to offer is 13 miles away as well.

Beautiful, spacious beachfront home was just perfect for our family get together. Loved the ocean front views, the screened in porches and the open layout indoors. Kitchen had great dinnerware and cookware The ice machine was awesome.
