• There is a portable air-conditioning unit in the living room and the upstairs bedroom.
• The fireplace is not for guest use.
• Streaming is available with guest accounts.
• Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

• 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: Please refrain from parking on the street. Vehicles may be towed if they're blocking snowplows from clearing the road.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Security camera details: The only camera now is in the front of the home. It is always on.
