Sleep soundly on a California king bed in the master bedroom. Step out to the patio for morning coffee or enjoy a movie night on the 32in TV. The en-suite bathroom boasts a walk-in shower.

A queen bed awaits in the second bedroom. In the third bedroom, you'll find a king bed and a TV.

The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination. A half bath on the second floor adds convenience.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Grill meals on the second-floor balcony and dine alfresco at the table for four. On quiet afternoons, this is the perfect place to relax with a book.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and assigned parking for one car. Additional parking for one more car may be available in the unmarked spaces in the parking lot on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Although the condo is not equipped with air-conditioning, it is rarely needed with the mild summer temperatures at the lake.

This is a non-smoking unit and complex. Smoking is not allowed inside or in the backyard, balcony, or parking lot. If smoking is necessary, guests will need to walk to the main road.

Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.

Dogs over 100 pounds or that have exhibited aggressive behavior are not allowed. Violations will result in a $150 fine.

The fabulous Tahoe Bike Path runs right in front of the complex -- ride to the lake and/or downtown Tahoe City (2.5 miles) where you'll find local restaurants and charming boutiques.
