The location was very convenient to access the cruise port. The amenities were great to relax and enjoy Seattle. The local area has a little run-down feel but didn’t have any issues while walking around.

Great location, clean, well equipped, and good hosts. We will use again next time we come to Seattle.

Great place so close to everything!

Loved the split floor plan, 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Secure parking space was very beneficial. We’d book it again in the future!

This was our families first trip to Seattle, and the location of this condo was just perfect for walking to Pikes Market, waterfront, space needle! We were very happy with the check in process. You meet a Turnkey Ambassador, who meet us in the alley to show us how to use the garage, then how to get into the unit itself. Doug, our Ambassador was very timely and friendly.
The condo complex was a bit older, but fairly well maintained. There was clean towels, but they were still drying in the dryer. The kitchen didn’t have many cups/plates, but that was OK, as we were eating out most of the time. The beds were super comfortable!! And overall the condo was a great space for us to relax!
And now, about why we had to tiptoe:
About 10 min after we got checked in... we were still gathering things from the car, one one of our trips back up, there was a typed up note taped to our door. I knew it’s wasn’t from turnkey or the management team, as it wasn’t signed, so I assumed it was from a neighbor. It politely said that since this was a wooden condo complex, noises such as walking, stepping and loud talking/TV can be heard in other units, and to please be mindful especially between 10pm-7am.
I didn’t think too much of it, because we are not loud people, we weren’t going to stay up late and my kids were out of the running stage.
The next morning, which was a Friday, we had just woken up, getting coffee and breakfast ready, it was about 9:00 am, the lady that lives below the condo comes up knocks on the door saying we are stepping too loudly and to please be more considerate as her and her husband were working from home. She continued to knock on several occasions during our stay and even notified the manager on site that our stepping was too loud! We were still tiptoeing. The manager was apologetic, and basically said this couple complains about every noise. So, would I stay at Belltown condo aga This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Property as described.
Note there is a very noisy alley below the main bedroom window. Utility trucks very busy at night (week days).
Would have appreciated a fan for the 2nd bedroom in heat wave... This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

It is a good location and was met at the front door to be shown around. Very helpful. However, the unit was somewhat decorated with Christmas and Easter. It was kind of odd. We had groceries but found out no toaster which I found to be interesting as a regular renter of homes. But a rice cooker! No knives except large butcher knives. Just odd stuff. Stuffed animals and a walker. I think someone lives there when it is not rented. Turnkey checked in everyday but didn’t help when we needed it. We had to buy a can of WD40 to fix a loud squeaking noise. Great location but probably wouldn’t rent got the price again. This was my 2nd time using TurnKey. Our Aug 2019 trip was wonderful - no complaints! Unfortunately this trip had some issues, even before we left home. This property requires a mtg with a local TurnKey ambassador. The documentation states `A TurnKey ambassador will be in contact with you ahead of arrival to arrange a meeting time to gain access to the lobby and to do a walkthrough of the building and amenities. This must be set up PRIOR to your arrival date in order to gain access to the building.` Called TurnKey 1 week prior to our trip to set up the mtg & was told I would hear from them soon. 2 days before my trip & still no phone call, called again requesting to speak to the ambassador - once again was told they would contact me soon. The night before our 7:00 am flight still no contact from the ambassador, called TurnKey for the 3rd time. Our ambassador finally called at 7:44 pm. This was very frustrating since I tried for 1 week to make contact with this person! We met with ambassador at 7:30 pm, during Seattle’s extreme heat advisory, that’s when we found out the unit has NO AC! The 1 small tower fan barely created a breeze in the living room. Not only was the condo hot, but it wasn’t ready for our arrival. No soap for us to wash our hands in the kitchen or bathrooms, no shampoo & no paper towels in the kitchen. Also, we were short on towels–only given 3 bath towels/2 washcloths for 4 people. To make things worse, the ones we were given were wet. Were these clean or from previous guests? The wet towels were placed on the heated racks, which were turned on in our over 90 degree condo – great way to heat up the place even more! Called TurnKey again & after several text messages & phone calls was given the supply closet code – finally soap, but no towels Was told the “home care team” was notified, towels in 1 hour. Clean towels didn’t arrive until the next day – so much for the “fine-ho This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
