Watch the flowing Snake River meet Dillon Reservoir from this lakefront Dillon vacation home with a private hot tub. Accented with custom touches, and offering access to a community clubhouse with various amenities, this home is the perfect place for a family or large group to escape for outdoor adventures.

Located on the hillside overlooking Dillon Reservoir, and four miles from the lifts at Keystone and three miles from Dillon Marina, you'll be surrounded by alpine adventures. During the winter months, we strongly recommend using a 4x4 vehicle to access the property safely. This home comes equipped with a garage - no need to scrape snow off your cars in the winter!

Large windows frame the floor-to-ceiling fireplace (please use Duraflame logs only) in the main living area. Cuddle up with a good book and a blanket on the window seat, or flip through the cable channels on the flatscreen HDTV while you sink into the plush couch.

Pop open a bottle of Chateaunef du pape or a local Colorado brew, or make a drink at the wet bar. Host a game of pool or foosball in the garage bay or head out onto the expansive deck to revel in the views, or enjoy a game of Texas Hold 'em at the in-house poker table (cards and chips provided!). While your guests connect to the WiFi and plan the next excursion at the tiled patio table, you can fire up the gas BBQ to grill up something that will please every palate.

The chef's kitchen is a paradise for every aspiring culinary artist. Boasting hand-crafted granite counters, a gourmet cooking range set upon an island, a wall oven, and an open style, cooking will be a piece of cake. Serve your mouth-watering masterpiece at the long, wooden dining room table. The elegant table has two captain's chairs and bench seating so there's plenty of room for everyone.

With four large bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, this stunning mountain home has room for up to 10 guests (eight adults). In the opulent master bedroom you'll be greeted by a soft four-poster king-size bed, amazing views, and a private en suite. The second master suite on the ground floor features another large four-poster king-size bed as well as an attached en suite.

In both the third and fourth bedrooms you'll find rejuvenating queen-size beds, more amazing views and private en suites, letting everyone in the group stay in luxury. The master bathroom has a corner soaking tub and walk-in shower, and one of the queen bedrooms has a soaking tub as well.

Sip your morning cup of coffee as you enjoy breakfast out on the balcony overlooking the water. When the weather is warm, the Dillon Reservoir offers you the chance the skip across the waves on a rented jet ski or a patoon boat, or paddle through the crystal blue waters in a kayak or SUP. For something new, try SUP board yoga!

During the winter months, the slopes at Keystone are a bit of paradise for skiers and snowboarders. With a wide variety of snow-inspired fun at your fingertips, you'll be able to find something for everyone. Tackle the fast downhill slopes while the youngsters in your group get a few tips from Ripperoo at the Ski School.

Guests of this home have access to the shared amenities at the Summerwood Community Clubhouse. Enjoy on-site tennis courts, a seasonal pool, a fitness center, a racquetball court, a partial basketball court, a sauna, and a hot tub.

Reality was above expectations. The house is very spacious. It is well situated and designed. The house is very clean and well maintained.
Gregory R. Dec 2022
Vacasa has asked me to review the home we stayed in, but only asked for us to tell what we loved. They've not asked for a true review, so I will do so, anyway. Please read the full review. We loved the location of the home. It sits on Dillon Lake just a few miles from the Keystone resort and a few more miles to Breckenridge. It was spacious and gave all of us privacy yet space to gather together. This is what we loved. What we didn't love. Upon arrival we learned that the coffee pot(s) didn't work, that the primary bathroom tub had no hot water and the hot water handle was broken, that another tub wouldn't hold water and that the tub on the lower level didn't drain well. We also were told that a KeyFob would be in the home, allowing us to utilize the clubhouse. We texted to convey our issues and heard back that someone would be coming to look at the tub and that a part had been ordered and would be fixed in "a few days". A new coffee pot was dropped off but no FOB. We texted again asking about the FOB and got no responses the rest of the week. The tub was never repaired and therefore, was never used. Black mold is growing on the ceiling and wall in the primary shower. This made us very uneasy showering, yet we had no choice since the tub wasn't usable. We also put the shower door back on it's track. In addition to this, the washing machine had a foul odor. This is likely due to the fact that the lid cannot lift fully because of it's proximity to the cabinet above it. While the kitchen was spacious, there were several items that we needed to purchase on our own, just to complete meals. For example, there were no baking sheets for the oven. There was a scary moment when using the outdoor grill. We had asked in our text earlier in the week about getting more propane. The text was never answered. We went ahead and used the propane that we had. There was no grease trap on the grill, causing a fire, and ruining our steaks. The inside griddle apparently had a mason jar in the cabinet below that is designed to catch grease. We noticed that there were two dried grease piles in the cabinet because the mason jar had not been emptied. We cleaned up the mess. Clearly this was not the vacation we had imagined, and given the cost of such a home, we had expected more. We realize that things break or don't always function as intended, but to not answer texts is inexcusable. Our first time using Vacasa will most certainly be our last.
Manager response:
Gregory, we are so sorry to hear of the disappointing stay you had at our home. This is certainly not the vacation experience we strive to provide to our guests. We have passed your review to our local staff to work with the owners on improving the home for our future guests. We sincerely apologize for the difficulties you had communicating with us. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service, and we will follow up with the appropriate parties to ensure our service standards are fully met. We hope you'll give us a second chance to better serve you!
Nelle C. Nov 2022
Although the views were spectacular, the home was not properly cleaned, there were burned out lights and a clogged sink.
Manager response:
We apologize for our oversights, Nelle. The sink and lights have been addressed, and our housekeeping department has been advised of your comment regarding cleanliness. Thank you!
Cody Z. Sep 2022
This place was amazing! A bit outdated, but doesn’t takeaway from how comfortable and charming this property was. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Would stay again if we ever come to the Dillon area again.
Randall D. Aug 2022
Great house with beautiful views. Plenty of space for our party of 8.
Kent Y. Aug 2022
We had a great time at Winddance at Summerwood. A perfect location for all that the Dillon area has to offer.
Alyssa D. Mar 2022
Valerie was awesome and made us feel right at home. The place is gorgeous -- huge windows, and it has the most spectacular hot tub view we've ever had! We were a group of 8 and it was perfect for us :) Definitely will be back!
Katie S. Jan 2022
Tons of living space, great location. Clean and great communication with management company. Would recommend!
Julie K. Sep 2021
Winddance was a great stay for our group of 8. Beautiful views and great location. The deck was awesome. Loved the kitchen just getting old. Furniture could be updated too. We would stay here again.
Teri C. Jul 2021
The views were amazing from every window. The house was dated, but very spacious and comfy. Had everything we needed. Can't imagine what it's like in winter after a day of skiing/boarding - but I bet it's pretty perfect! Decks were great and beds were very comfy! Pillows were very sleeping on a beach ball. And Kitchen items were slightly lacking and could use an updated stove top. Short drives to amazing hikes, zip-lining, great restaurants and shopping.
Manager response:
Thank you for your generous review, Teri. We are very glad to hear you found our home to be spacious and comfortable! We appreciate you providing your feedback regarding the kitchen items and stove and have passed along your comments to our local manager who will work with the homeowner to make any necessary upgrades. We hope to have the chance to host you again soon!
Stephen T. Jul 2021
The view is incredible. I have rented at least 20 times in the area and this is the best. Very clean and given it is a rental furnishings were fine. Kitchen could be better stocked (bowls silverware etc) for a big group and some light bulbs burned out the only reason I did not 5 star.
Manager response:
Thank you for taking the time to share your valuable feedback with us, Stephen. We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed the view and cleanliness of the home! We have shared your comments regarding kitchenware and burned-out lightbulbs with the local manager who will work to address both promptly. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future!
Scott K. Jul 2021
Our family had the most fun at this place! The views were majestic, spacious rooms, cleanliness throughout home, and game room and hot tub were icing on the cake! Great location to nearby towns and activities. Will definitely be back!
Holly D. Apr 2021
The views are amazing! That is all! The home was mostly clean, but run down. Damaged lamp shades, torn upholstery on back of couch, broken chair back and mold in showers. Master bathroom faucets for tub are very janky. The cost to stay does not reflect in the quality of up keep, in what could be a beautiful home.
Manager response:
We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your stay. The property manager is replacing the lamp shades, broken chair, and couch upholstery, and we are looking at getting the faucets replaced. A deep clean has been done on the home. Thank you, Holly!
Hope H. Apr 2021
Very clean, well stocked with essential needs, open space, and spectacular views.
Jesse P. Oct 2020
Family and dogs had a great time. Will book again in the future. Best fishing along HWY 6. Caught 19 in 2.5 hours.
Tiffany Ann K. Sep 2020
Where to start with this property......

Loved the views and size of the home but don't get your hope's up for anything grand. There were multiple issues that we reported without response by the vacasa team.

The siding is falling off the house on the east and north faces. The main bar stools and bench at the dining room seating were broken upon checkin. The kitchen only had 4 bowls and spoons but promises seating for 10, we were washing dishes between eating in shifts. The hot tub has a bad heating element, with signage up allover the home about it (max 98 degrees) and the jets shut off if you turn on more than one set at a time. Mold in the master bathroom shower. Dirty hand prints on the door frames and walls throughout the house. This house lists a pool table and foosball table, which both are at the property. Both are in the garage, the pool table is missing balls and the "men" on the foosball table have been replaced with taped on popsicle sticks. My family and I cleaned while staying here for a week. The front porch has a grill and promises fuel, however, I had to pay out of pocket to actually be able to use it. I contacted vacasa and got an hour long run around about it and no refund for my time or expense during our stay.

Make sure to pack some cleaning supplies to accompany you on your trip after you pay your $300 cleaning fee.
Manager response:
Hi, Tiffany Ann! Thank you for telling us about your experience. We do apologize you were not happier and hope you will be pleased to hear the hot tub has been replaced, and your other concerns have been addressed. Please do not hesitate to call for assistance with these things during your stay.
Renea W. Sep 2020
The house suited our family of 4 adult couples perfectly with each bedroom having a bathroom. Grill was great to cook our meals and have family dinners. The views are beautiful. The hot tub is great but needed service. The location gave us plenty of options for numerous activities. The property itself is beautiful; it just needs tlc.
Stuart C. Aug 2020
We stayed at Winddance for 3 1/2 weeks in August. We spent many hours on the deck enjoying the view and watching the kayakers and paddleboarders below. The subdivision has beautiful, newly refinished pickleball and tennis courts that we used almost every day. Unfortunately, the clubhouse was closed due to COVID, so we did not have access to the pool or fitness center. The house is also located near the bike path – which we also used every day. The views overlooking the lake and valley are truly spectacular and it was great to be so close to Keystone, Frisco and Breckenridge. The location and views are 5-star.

The house has several positives, as well. The beds and linens were quite comfortable, and the living space is excellent for a large group to spread out. The 4 bedrooms are good size, and it is great that each has its own bathroom. There was plenty of room in the garage to store out bikes and other outdoor equipment.

In terms of the negatives, as past reviews indicate, the fixtures, appliances and furnishings are tired and dated; there are several routine maintenance items that need attention; and, the house would benefit from a more thorough cleaning between guests, as well as an occasional deep cleaning. In particular the two sectionals are stained and frayed and need to be replaced or at least cleaned. The kitchen floor was filthy, and we had to go buy a mop to clean it. The SubZero refrigerator is on the coldest setting but is not cooling properly, and several items of food spoiled prematurely. The shelves on the doors inside the SubZero are missing so storage of condiments, etc. is not optimal. All of the shelves are missing from the mini fridge, as well. Someone should really inventory what is available in the kitchen and replace missing items: there are an abundance of knives but only 3 teaspoons; there are plenty of plates but only 4 soup bowls, and so on. We ended up purchasing dish towels and a drying mat among other essential items. In terms of maintenance issues, several of the casement windows were nonfunctional due to broken cranks. The hot tub is very old and in disrepair, although it does function. There was a fan in the ceiling of the master bath that ran the whole time we were there. We called Vacasa about it and they said they would send somebody to look at it, but they never did. Overall, we would give the house 3 stars.

The bottom line: the somewhat dated, run down and dirty condition of the property seems to be priced in, and at the end of the day, you can’t beat the location and the view for the price. We have already booked this house again for next summer and are looking forward to our return visit. Out hope is that based on ours and other reviews, the house will be cleaner next time when we arrive. Overall, we give this property 4 stars.

Rochelle O. Jul 2020
We enjoyed our family gathering - especially the lake views and the Mountain scenery from the decks and other rooms of the house. We felt that the house could have been cleaner and although the appliances in the kitchen all work, it could definitely use modernization. Oh, and the pool table needs to be restocked as a number of balls were missing.
Manager response:
Hello Rochelle, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We apologize the home was not up to our high standard of cleanliness that we hold ourselves too. We have notified our local management team to address this. We hope we have the chance to host you again in the future.
Robert F. Jul 2020
This was a great house for our large group. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The views from all the decks were awesome. We had a hawk flying by everyday. The location is great very close to town but yet you feel you are up in the mountains. The kitchen is very large and great for the many cooks we had on our visit. Plenty of room with the two living areas. We could all be together or have quiet time too. The hot tub was very nice after a long day hiking. Trails are very close and the bike trail is at the entrance to the development. Would stay here many times over. Loved it.
Carl A. Mar 2020
Great ski vacation with awesome snow. Beautiful views, especially from the spa on the deck after a day of skiing! The house was clean and even though some of the appliances are dated everything worked as advertised. I had a little frustration trying to set up a late checkout, the email link didn’t work on my phone and when I called VACASA the operator was unable to process the request for a late checkout. Ultimately we didn’t do the late checkout and it cost us some extra time on the slopes. Overall a positive experience and we would do it again!
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Carl. We're so glad that you enjoyed your stay at this home. We apologize for the issues you experienced in regards to adding late checkout. We will be investigating to identify what, specifically, went wrong so that future guests are able to enjoy a late checkout when available. We hope to host you again, soon!
Mary B. Jan 2020
Windows are all around this home creating stunning views no matter where you are in it, the best of which are taken in while enjoying a soak in the large hot tub out back. The house is also very spacious with lots of places to gather. With Keystone only a short drive away, it was the perfect choice for our family ski trip!
Gregory S. Jan 2020
Location was fantastic! Great home layout! Appointments very clean but a little dated.
Stephen Y. Dec 2019
Amazing location, breathtaking views, room for the whole family and our pups! Will book again!
Jeff G. Nov 2019
One of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. On a beautiful lake, in the middle of the mountains. Highly recommended!
Kathryne P. Oct 2019
The views were absolutely beautiful!
Terry M. Sep 2019
The house is so conveniently located to Breckenridge, Vail, Loveland Pass! Great house for large group. The lake and Mountain View’s are spectacular. Would definitely stay here again!
Margaret G. Aug 2019
Our family of 10 went to Windance and it exceeded out expectations.
Tim M. Aug 2019
The house was perfect for our vacation with our adult children. Everyone had their own private space, but there was also great areas for all of us to gather together.
Kendra K. Jun 2019
The views are beautiful and the home is perfect for the family. Spent the afternoon on the deck overlooking the lake reading a good book. Cooked great food in the large kitchen. The Grandsons loved playing in the pool once they got used to the cold. The hot tub was enjoyed in the evening by the adults. We will be back again for sure. Highly recommend this home.
JESSICA H. Jun 2019
We had the best time! Plenty of room to spread out. Loved proximity to area attractions. The summit county bike trails were a highlight and then relaxing in the hot tub each evening to cap off a busy and active day! Would go back for sure!
H D. Feb 2019
Home is beautiful, peaceful & the view is spectacular!
Stephen W. Feb 2019
We had 4 couples stay at Winddance. Over all experience was great! A few minor issues were they had no dishwashing detergent or washing detergent. Ran out of garbage bags and we had a water backing up issue but they fixed it right away! Probably the best location in Dillon! I would recommend this house for sure....
Helen C. Feb 2019
This house is conveniently located to the major ski resorts (Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail) as well as to the town of Dillon. The kitchen and living spaces are spacious and the views from the hot tub are amazing. We had a sewer issue while we were there and it took a while to get to the right person (Shelly) but once we did, she was efficient in addressing it and made sure we were compensated for the inconvenience. Overall, a very good experience!
Manager response:
We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay! We are delighted to hear that you had a great experience with our property manager as she truly is terrific to work with. We hope to host you again soon!
Moe H. Jan 2019
Location was perfect for our plans to ski at A Basin and Keystone, yet we weren’t right in the middle of the congestion that the ski resorts present. Close to grocery stores and other activities.

Plenty of room for everyone to spread out - lives the fact that every bedroom had a private bath.

Kitchen was huge allowing 5 people to be in there cooking without tripping over each other.

The property manager, Schelly was very attentive and accommodating. Had a couple of hiccups due to a frozen pipe, but it never became an issue for us due to her prompt attention.
Mark S. Jan 2019
Very spacious, clean and great location
Julie B. Nov 2018
My two sisters, my two daughters and myself decided to take a long weekend girls trip to our all time favorite place on earth--Colorado! We found this beautiful home, booked our flight, booked a rent car and off we flew for a long weekend.
We arrived in Dillon around 12:40 in the morning facing some very cold weather--0--yes it was exactly 0 degrees. The driveway to this home is a bit more tricky than described--we had rented a suburban--we ended up backing up the long driveway the rest of the time we were there. The driveway does not have ample room to turn into the garage much less for more than one or two vehicles. Very tricky! What really surprised us was there was absolutely NO heat on in the house and it felt like "0" in the house. It literally took about 12 hrs for the house to warm up. I would highly suggest to the local team to make sure the heat is turned on for the families arriving in the winter months.
The view from the deck is absolutely spectacular. To wake up in the morning, drinking coffee and just experiencing the beauty of the snow covered mountains was such a peaceful time. The home is definitely an older home--maybe built in the 70s--but it is still comfortable. We did wish that there had been more instructions/directions etc. on operating the TV, DVD etc equipment. Controls did not match. We were out all day and did enjoy the hot tub on several nights--very very cold--frost on our ears/head. All in all it was a wonderfully blessed time together with lots of laughter, unbelievable views, a heavy snow on Sunday, and the most beautiful blue skies you can imagine. We plan to make this trip a yearly thing--adding other daughters too. We probably will not book this particular home again but definitely one in the area.

Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own full bath which saved a lot of "get ready" time. We were very pleased with the two living areas, a FANTASTIC kitchen, and very close to all of the sites and activities to keep the entire group busy.
Greg A. Oct 2018
Had a blast with my wife and 3 kids along with both sets of grandparents. We have an 8 month old and 2/4 year olds. The house was perfect! Great hot tub, awesome views, PLENTY of space. Everything was a close drive, we were in the middle of all the towns. We went to Vail, Frisco, Silverthorne, Breckenridge, and Dillon. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood with the kids and soaking up the views. It beat all of our expectations. I would recommend and go back! One reviewer wrote about the house not being great for little kids...I disagree. Yes, we were cautious on the deck because the house is on a cliff...but the views were worth it. Inside the house, it’s enormous and the kids had a blast. We were even saying throughout the week “man, thank god this house is so big for the kids to play in.” (It rained two days so we just stayed in and played/relaxed) They also had 2 pack and plays and some kids toys. As a parent of 3 little ones...I honestly can’t think of a more kid friendly place. Yes, it’s not as good as the setup you may have for your kids at home, but for a vacation getaway it surpassed our expectations for kids. Overall, great house in a beautiful area!
Krystal V. Sep 2018
Beautiful house with amazing views!! Worth every penny. One thing to be aware of is the house is not child proof for young children considering the sharp drop offs, wire deck barriers, and lots of stairs and exit doors. Perfect vacation spot for adults and older kids who aren't escape artists like our 3 year old. :)
James J. Aug 2018
The six of us really enjoyed the spacious and well appointed kitchen as well as the large living room/dining area and game room. The elevated views across Lake Dillon were spectacular morning or evening as the sun set
Kate K. Aug 2018
Plenty of space and great views! Had an issue with the hot tub not heating up, but was able to work with Vacasa to get a small refund for our inconvenience.
Joyce V. Aug 2018
Loved the location. The house provided lots of space for a family to gather or find space for quiet time.
Rachel K. Jul 2018
This house is just wonderful. The view is AMAZING, the beds are very comfortable, it's very close to Keystone, Breck, Vail, etc., has toys and board games. We loved staying there and would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.
Nicole D. Jun 2018
For the year of this house it was amazing. The views were priceless and the space was great.
jacob j. Jun 2018
It was an awesome location with amazing views.
Erik J. Apr 2018
We had 4 adults sleeping in 4 separate bedrooms and it worked out perfectly. There are 3 upstairs bedrooms with nice views of the lake, mountains, and trees. The home is open, airy, and could accommodate a few more people without feeling cramped or that you were stepping on other people's toes. That being said, the home is older and needs updating to justify the price that you pay to rent it out. Everything works, however it hasn't been updated in about 30 years. The views are spectacular however they are only enjoyed for a short part of the trip as you are hopefully out and about enjoy Summit County. I would recommend this to a large family or a group of 3-4 couples and would stay here again myself.
ERIC S. Mar 2018
Game room was a huge hit. Hot tub and steam shower were perfect after a day on the slopes. Great kitchen for feeding the hordes
Aliaksei A. Jan 2018

House has maintenance issues that need addressed.
Very nice house and could be even nicer. Spacious. Comfortable. Many nice amenaties. I have listed above problems experienced. If anyone wants to contact me to explain please do.
Claire P. Aug 2017
This home has a great layout for a big family or two, awesome game room with doors that close it off so others sleeping cannot hear the noise, awesome deck, -and hot tub views. Our boys had a great time in the basement playing Foosball every morning after breakfast and the closet in the master was so huge our infant had her own room right off of ours! I would recommend to other families who want close proximity to the town, space to spread out and great views.
Susan B. Aug 2017
Wonderful house with awesome views, family of 11 had pleny of room, enjoyed our stay, thank you!!
Debbie F. Jul 2017
Wonderful spot for our family of 7 to relax on the deck and in the hot tub. Convenient to shopping, hiking, biking, boating, paddle boarding and white water rafting. Best vacation ever!
Christopher W. Mar 2017
A wonderful stay in Dillon for two families with four teens and preteens. One family there to ski and the other to fish and relax. This house was perfect for both families. A great kitchen to prepare our meals, a relaxing hot tub after a long day skiing and a fun game room for all to enjoy. We only wish we had more time to stay!
Val S. Mar 2017
Beautiful house, with amazing views.
Bryan K. Mar 2017
Great spot. Great price. Fits a lot of people comfortably.
Alexander Y. Mar 2017
A group of us really enjoyed the house and the location to nearby resorts. Some major ones are only a short drive away. The views from the hot tub at sunset were very memorable. Would highly recommend any group staying at this location if you want comfortable/spacious accommodations with proximity to many top notch ski resorts.
Marcos C. Dec 2016

Great house, great stay.
Hrishikesh K. Sep 2016
We had a wonderful experience at this house.. this house is probably one of the best in the lot, nice lake view, lot of patios, private patios for two bedrooms, All bedrooms were clean and very well arranged.

Fully equipped kitchen, Two huge living/hearth rooms, last but not the least the Game room was a nice touch.. we wish the pool table in the garage was inside the house as well.

Highlight was a Hot Tub, with a nice view of mountains and lakes..

All in all, very nice place to live, especially if you are looking for a nice relaxing weekend.

Highly Recommended.

We had a great time here and did not want to leave! The home was very peaceful and the views were amazing. We made daily use of the hot tub and fireplaces. The decorations, furnishings, and furniture made our stay feel like we were in someone's full-time home. We cannot wait to come back and stay again!
