This very minimalist, clean, relaxing, and completely private studio within a duplex has its own gated private patio and a parking space. A short block to the beach, it is also only two blocks from Ocean Beach’s Newport Avenue with its many restaurants, bars, urban stores, yoga studios, and shopping. In other words, it is in “the heart of Ocean Beach” which is known for its more casual beach lifestyle.
This studio has a queen bed and a full bath with a large walk-in shower, a seating area, and a great work space nook, as well as a kitchen with a refrigerator, a gas stove and oven, a sink, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Its private patio is a great place to enjoy morning coffee, or an evening libation after your day’s adventures. Great sun exposure in this quaint patio for you and your loved one(s)!

Easy Check-in: Keypad door lock to your studio makes check-in easy at any time of the day after 4pm. Your personal code will be provided on the day of arrival.
This studio is part of a duplex, and shares a wall with another tenant. There are clear designations for each rental.
Maximum occupancy is 2 individuals.
Please note: The airport is centrally located in the city; therefore, you will hear airplanes when visiting San Diego. Flights begin around 6:30am and stop around 11pm. This may be bothersome for some people but most of my guests have said it is not an issue. Earplugs are provided as a courtesy.
A portable air conditioner and heater are provided.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
