The building is across the street from Gulf but most amenities are directly on the Gulf. No streets or traffic to deal with. You'll simply use the climate-controlled crosswalk (across Beach Hwy) to reach the outdoor pool with lazy river, hot tub, and beach club as well as a gated boardwalk to the beach which are all Gulf front. There is a second outdoor pool and indoor pool, fitness center, hot tub on the same side as the building. There are saunas and restrooms at both pool areas and a separate BBQ area. There is a two-car limit and a parking pass required.
