The studio features a convenient kitchenette to keep your drinks cool and snacks safe and a coffee maker to brew up that morning cup. The large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable will keep you entertained during your stay. If you plan on taking as much advantage as possible of the community amenities available, don't hesitate to slip into the tropical saltwater pool, soak in the community hot tub, or enjoy a beverage from the poolside Tiki bar and meet your neighbors!

THINGS TO KNOW

• A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and makes several stops around the resort. There is an app that can be downloaded to track the tram as well.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• This rental is located on floor 12.
• Parking notes: Parking is available in the parking garage. The entrance is gated and staffed with Sandestin security officers. Simply provide reservation information for access. Parking passes are provided by the guard shack. No loading or unloading in the roundabout area, please. Boats, trailers, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, cargo trucks, buses, heavy equipment, and aircraft shall not be allowed to remain in any neighborhood, common area, parking lot or on any roadway within Sandestin unless such area(s) is specifically designated as a parking area for such.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
