Enter the home into a two-story, light-filled foyer. The first level offers three bedrooms with en suites and TVs. The main floor also has a living area with a pull-out sofa, two chairs, a chess table, board games, puzzles, and large screened TV. This room also leads to the ground floor covered patio which is always a great option if you want to escape, chill, or relax with a book.

Going up the stairs from the foyer you enter the main living area of the home which includes the beautiful kitchen, breakfast bar, second living area, and elegantly decorated dining room. The kitchen is a cook's dream with stainless steel appliances, a six-burner gas stove with an exhaust fan and heating lamps, a wall oven with microwave/convection oven, a refrigerator with indoor ice/water plus a second icemaker in the freezer. Dining can be either an indoor or outdoor affair, with an elegant dining room inside and a table outside on the partially shaded deck which also features a gas grill and a view of the surrounding palms.

The living area has a large screen TV, two sofas, and an accent chair. The balcony offers spectacular views, a dining table set, two lounge chairs, an additional chair and ottoman, and a propane grill with two tanks. Off the living room is bedroom number four with an en suite bathroom. Also on this floor is a media room/third living area. This room has a pull-out sofa, a recliner, chair and ottoman, large screen TV with a whole house stereo system, and a DVD player. Just outside the media room is a full guest bathroom. You will also find a second set of stairs that will lead you up to the primary main suite. The third floor is all yours with a comfortable bed, walk-in closet, another desk, and an en suite with two sinks, a dual-head shower, and jetted tub. This floor also has a balcony with two lounge chairs for relaxing while enjoying your morning coffee, catching views of the ocean, or a beautiful sunset.

Destiny East offers two community pools, one just two doors down on scenic 98, a hot tub, lighted tennis/pickleball courts, basketball goal, playground, exercise room, and movie theater. The main pool at the clubhouse is seasonally heated. Destiny East is a gated community with two entrances. One off US Hwy 98/Emerald Coast Parkway and the other off scenic 98.

Additional amenities include a six-person golf cart with lithium batteries (available with a signed waiver), free high-speed WiFi, a Tesla charger, and a 240VAC 60A outlet for electric cars. The garage has eight beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart, sand toys, four tennis rackets, four pickleballs rackets, basketballs with a ball pump, volleyball, and football.
