This bright property encompasses the second and third floors of a duplex townhouse just across from the water. You'll wake up each morning to the sounds of rolling waves and the sights of Mission Beach below. Even when you’re not out exploring, this property makes it easy to enjoy the fresh air. There's a sprawling balcony with patio furniture, a gas grill, and spectacular views, as well as a tandem garage that’s stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys.
