This beautiful, three-story home has everything you need for a fantastic beach vacation - outdoor spaces, comfortable living areas, plenty of sleeping accommodations, and a great location.
The main-floor living area features a plush, contemporary sectional and a flatscreen TV above an electric fireplace. The kitchen has granite countertops, a beautiful backsplash, a charming breakfast bar, and every essential for your cooking needs. There’s also a half-bathroom on this level. French doors open to the patio, which features shaded seating and a grill to assist with al fresco meals at sunset.
The second floor has two sides, with the east side featuring the first two bedrooms, including the luxurious primary suite. This suite boasts a king bed, a flatscreen TV, and a beautiful bathroom with a lavish tub, a separate shower, double vanities, and plenty of natural light through frosted windows. The second bedroom on the east side is furnished with a queen bed and its own private bath. On the west side, you’ll find a family room and two bedrooms. The family room is furnished with a comfortable couch, a TV, and a triple twin bunk bed - a great place for children! The third bedroom on the west side features a queen bed, while the fourth features a double bed; the bathroom is adjacent to both rooms.
On the third floor, you’ll find the last two bedrooms. The fifth is a primary suite that has an identical layout to the one below it - that means another king bed, a flatscreen TV, and a luxurious bathroom with all the same features. The sixth bedroom offers a queen bed with a shared full bathroom across the hall. Also on this level are a washer/dryer and a lovely upper terrace with colorful outdoor furnishings, where you can enjoy the ocean air and relax in the sunshine. Other features of this home include air conditioning, ceiling fans, and free WiFi and satellite cable.
This home is just a few yards from the famous San Diego boardwalk that runs along the Pacific Ocean. Step out onto the beach, where you can surf, swim, boogie board, sunbathe, or take romantic walks along the shore. You can also watch the surfers, visit quaint little eateries and coffee shops, dine at fine restaurants, and peruse funky little surf shops. Walk to nearby Belmont Park, which touts a historic roller coaster and the Wave House, where you can surf man-made waves and enjoy an outdoor bar, an open-air barbecue restaurant, firepits, and hammocks. You'll also be just a few minutes' drive from SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, and Balboa Park.

The San Diego Airport has a convenient, central location in the city. Due to this location, one of the flight paths goes over the Mission Bay channel, at the south end of Mission Beach. Airplane noise may be heard intermittently throughout the day, but flights are not permitted between the hours of 11pm and 6am.
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.
