Very nice location. Very clean. Would definitely stay again. Very roomy.

The location is great. Beautiful beach with access to chairs and umbrellas, walkable to restaurants. The pools are beautiful with ample space and seating, though only one is heated. There are fun activities for kids. The condo unit has a great view, large balcony, plenty of space and comfortable beds. It's been recently updated and was very clean. The only issues we had were that the kitchen appliances need replacing. The refrigerator and stove barely worked and the dishwasher was rusty inside. There are a few pans, dishes and basic cooking tools, toaster and coffee makers. The condo does not provide anything in the way of extra items that would make your stay more convenient. There are no beach towels, chairs, toys, etc. There were no basic kitchen items like salt, pepper, oil, or tea/coffee. They provided a bare minimum of paper items and no extra trash bags. These are simple things that make a trip more relaxing and enjoyable. I have stayed in numerous beach condos on all Florida coasts, and have always had at least those basic items provided. I would stay at the resort again, but would have appreciated knowing that we would need to bring EVERYTHING with us. The distance from the parking garage to the unit is a long walk, so not appropriate for those with mobility issues. There are carts provided to transport your belongings, but they are difficult to navigate through the narrow walkways. We enjoyed our stay, but would have appreciated this information before making our trip, so we could have brought more things from home instead of having to buy them.

The condo is on the 5th floor and overlooks the beach. Beautiful views of the sky and especially the sunset. Very easy access to the beach. The balcony furniture was perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxing. LOVED the umbrella and 2 chairs set up on the beach each day. Condo was comfortable, clean and updated. I would stay there again if I return to Fort Walton.
