Recent Fort Walton Beach vacation rental reviews

We felt well taken care of - our condo was stock with all our needs for the stay and then some; we felt very at home. Initially I was concerned that being on the main floor with the patio overlooking the lazy river, adjacent to the main entrance would be a bit noisy - not so, the unit and patio were peaceful and the view of the lazy river, pool and bay beyond, especially at night with landscape lighting and the moon was obe of the biggest perks. We met a few owners of units close by and a gentleman with the HOA, all delightful. We look forward to returning!

This stay was just what we needed. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. I was pleasantly surprised that we had everything we needed from dishes, cooking supplies, plenty of towels and extra sheets and blankets. All bases were covered…even board games and cook books. We loved the seating on the balcony as well. The only negatives we had were directed more at the management company. While the beach experience was great with chairs and umbrella provided, people reserved all the good chairs early in the morning and wouldn’t even show up in the 4 plus hours that we were at the beach. There were employees checking our armbands to make sure we belonged, but turned a blind eye to the empty reserved chairs. Management needs to find a better solution to the chair reservation situation…some towels were even on chairs overnight. The grounds were relatively clean and employees were friendly and helpful.
