We loved the location. It was ocean view and the very front. However, we had multiple issues ranging from no parking pass left to a faulty air conditioning unit. There was no numbers left for the owners. We only had numbers and emails for management company (Vacasa). Every time I called I was only on hold. I called multiple times. I finally left email with all of our issues but nobody ever contacted me. It’s very annoying and inconvenient to pay good money for things to become an issue and not be resolved. I want an air conditioner that works, parking passes left, keys easily accessed, and cable that works. Luckily, none of these hindered our visit too much but it could have. There needs to be other avenues to get ahold of someone about issues or get a better management team for your property.
Manager response:
We appreciate the guests feedback. The Local Manager dropped off parking passes for this guest and gave his personal number to the daughter of the registered guest with advice to call him and to reach the the Customer Experience Line as a back up. We apologize for the call volume, we are in the process of hiring more agents to make sure guests do not have to wait.
