Lovely, oceanfront condo w/ ocean views & easy beach access - dogs welcome!
Dog-friendly and with lovely beach views, this Oceanside vacation rental is sure to be a treat for your next getaway. It's newly remodeled for a fresh feel and is within steps of the sprawling shore pets and beachcombers alike will enjoy.
Make sure to bring necessary provisions (breakfast basics, coffee, ice cream), because Oceanside is all about getting away from it all. While there are two friendly restaurants in town, and Netarts is only two and a half miles away with a small store, there won't be a ton to distract you from optimum relaxation. If you're coming from the east, you could stop through a Tillamook supermarket, cafe, or even their cheese factory to fuel up on goodies.
Enjoy the ocean any way you like, including from the complex's expansive deck facing the shore. Take in views of the Three Arch Rocks silhouetted by a sunset or gather your group for a photo op.
Inside the condo, you'll feel like you're staying in a magazine spread with a rustic-coastal theme - but there will be no lack of comfort and coziness here! Watch a flick on the 40-inch mounted flatscreen TV while the breeze drifts in. Just off to the side is the fully stocked kitchen, which has new appliances and all of the main tools needed for simple meals.
Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, one sleeper sofa, and one bathroom (with heated tile floors!) will keep six guests happily accommodated. One of the bedrooms even has an ocean view!
If dogs are part of your family, you'll be happy to know that you can bring up to two of them here to share in the beach fun. Please note that there is an additional pet fee. On the property you'll also enjoy access to a shared laundry room, and there are three newly installed electric vehicle charging stations (two for Teslas and one for other makes) to keep you battery topped off and ready for adventure.
In addition to the quietness of Oceanside, you'll be within short driving distance to Oregon Coast attractions if you're itching to explore. Swing over to the other side of the headland to view Cape Meares Lighthouse. From Tillamook you can head over to Bayocean Peninsula Park or even up to Nehalem Bay or Oswald West State Parks. However, you don't have to do anything except make sure you, your pals, and your dogs are with you having a great time.
Visit Oceanside and stay at this freshly updated Northern Oregon Coast vacation rental for a whole new view of the shore!
* Please be aware that while cell phone reception can be spotty in Oceanside, it tends to be much better just two miles south in Netarts. This property also has a Verizon signal booster. For your convenience, there is an outside phone available under the carport with free long distance if needed.
Second stay at this lovely place. Both times thoroughly enjoyed!
Plan to be back next yr too!
This was one of the better vacasa/airbnb places we've stayed. The rooms were simple, but clean. The views from both the room and the community deck were great.
This place was Awesome & Beautiful! Easy access to the ocean! And so easy to get into the place! My family and I are definitely coming back here!!! Thank you VACASA for making my first time to the ocean a pleasant one!!
Loved the view and deck outside the room.
My family and I had such a great time! This was a really fun place to stay with a beautiful view and a beach full of adventure. I wish we had booked more days here. We will definitely be planning more trips here.
The check in was easy, and the beach and suite was fantastic!
Loved the unit. Nice and clean.
Only downturn was super bright light in back bedroom of # 10
Need darker curtain :-)
Stayed 2 nights. Had to work in Tillamook.
What a great commute. Great view, Beautiful sunset, very clean, comfortable beds and pillows and great finishes throughout.
Loved the ocean, the modern furnishings, the fast internet, the free electric vehicle charger, the very quiet town, and all for a very reasonable price.
My husband and I and our 6 year old stayed 3 nights here and it was just perfect! Cozy, comfy, great views and great beach- 3 nights didnt feel like enough! The best part was that the price made a spring break vacation possible for our little family. Just for convenience sake, coat hooks and a boot dryer would have been a great bonus. And when they say parking is limited, they mean only 10 spots and very tight! My husband drives truck and it still took maneuvering and me out directing for us to get our pickup into a spot. Luckily there were mostly cars in the lot. We loved this rental and the low key area. It wasn't a problem to go into tillamook for groceries, we liked being out of town. When we left, my 6 year old asked when we could go back and can we pleeaase stay in the same place when do.
Oceanside isn't touristy; it's sane, silent, and so special!
We love everything about Oceanside and love winters at the coast. There is wonderful rock collecting, beautiful beaches, food within very short walking distance. We love the access to the beach from the inn and the simple clean space with kitchen for cooking for our 4 year old, i was perfect. It’s just what we needed for a few days away. And a bunch of cutie dogs running around to boot! Love this place.
Very clean suite. Polite housecleaner. Beautiful views from the deck and from room. Beach access. Comfortable firm beds. Parking lot is really tight. Might be better to park on street if you can find a spot.
Terrific location right on the beach with a great view from the apartment itself. Clean, comfortable, and with all the apartment amenities you'll need. Super easy to get in/out.
We enjoyed this place a lot! Only disappointment was Rosanna's was closed for a break. We do plan to come next winter for at least 5 nights instead of 3 nights. Thanks!
Has a Conformable bed and the kitchen has everything you need. The walls are a little thin you can hear people talking . We had a good time walking around town. This place is perfect for a weekend getaway, really clean with a nice view of the beach. We will stay again.
My boyfriend and I decided to take a spontaneous trip to the coast and this was the most affordable and clean looking place I could find with an ocean view not too far from home. Overall this unit was lovely. The parking lot is not the best (I can’t even imagine how bad it would be at full capacity). This unit is upstairs with a SHARED balcony area - I.e: there are three other units while 10# is in the middle. I had thought this deck would be private compared to the larger deck that is positioned amongst the entire complex. Still, not disappointed. The view was amazing. The stairs down to the beach are probably not the best for everyone but I believed them to be in good condition. The beach itself is somewhat secluded to the tiny area of Oceanside but there is one public access point down the road. There’s also a pretty cool cave on the beach that is worth checking out. The kitchen is also great. Non-stick pans and pots. Strainers, hand blenders and everything you could imagine. My only complaints would be, 1. The brita pitcher definitely needs to be cleaned. Smelled like a nasty fish tank with some biofilm and the filter needs to be changed. Same goes for the teapot. 2. The walls are paper thin. On the last night the teenage girls next to us sang karoake and the nights before I could hear young babies crying from units far away. Obviously this is something that happens anytime you are renting a condo or hotel room. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway or a really sweet karoake spot this might not be the place for you. This unit is clean, affordable, relatively secluded from the bustle of the coast and super enjoyable.
We have stayed at Oceanside Inn on several occasions and we love it here. The view is lovely.
Great Location. Easy parking. Nicely furnished condo style apartment. No hooks or hangers for clothes or coats. No grocery in town. Added fees nearly doubled the cost from the advertised price.
Great rental. Great location. Coffee shop a few minutes walk away. Beautiful view.
The views were stunning and the accommodations were perfect! One of the only places with direct access to the beach.
The Oceanside Inn is a well maintained very comfortable perfectly equipped place to enjoy a brief or extended stay. The location is ideal, right in the charming village of Oceanside, right next to the beach, a fine restaurant next door and expresso cafe across the street. And this place welcomes pets! It makes an ideal get a way to enjoy rest, recreation, quiet, sound of surf and revitalizing sea air. And Oceanside is the jewel of the Oregon Coast. Don't miss out.
The view from unit #10 was incredible! My family and I loved our stay. The beds were comfy, the unit was clean and there is a gorgeous shared balcony at the complex with breathtaking ocean views. If you have someone handicapped in your group, know that the walkway to the beach from the units is not handicapped friendly. You have to navigate a few flights of stairs that opens onto a rocky, uneven platform of the beach. Also, coffee is listed as an amenity, but there weren't any grounds in the unit - just a coffee maker. Bring your own grounds if you want to enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony while you watch the sunrise!
Everything was wonderful :)
Unit: Rosenburg #10
Beautifully finished remodel, appears brand new. Impressive kitchen appliances, kitchen and bathroom fixtures. Decent ocean view from the room. Well-built stairway down to the beach. Two issues prevent a 5-star review:
1) Rented a DVD in Netarts, but never could get the DVD player to work. Then accessed our Netflix account, but only got a partial screen view on the TV, which made selecting something to watch too difficult. Since our mobile carrier is AT&T we couldn’t call for assistance - I could hardly use the outdoor landline phone for help in step by step trouble-shooting the electronics up in the unit. I spent 45 minutes being VERY frustrated before giving up.
2) I never saw the inside of the Oceanside Inn before the remodel, but in order to make the Rosenburg a two bedroom unit, the bedrooms were just large enough to walk all the way around the queen beds. Until I set up the one folding suitcase stand, that is. This alone wouldn’t have been so bad, but it meant there was no room for a closet or wardrobe - anywhere in the apartment! Literally no place to hang clothes on hangers.
We ended up hanging things on doorknobs, and even on the telescope in the livingroom area (it was foggy/misty the whole of our visit, so we didn’t have occasion to use it anyway). I appreciate the space constraints dictated by the two bedroom remodel, but the hanging clothes problem can be remedied by installing three boards, 4-5 feet long, with four or five coathooks each. These are essentially coat racks, but custom-made. The hooks need to be far enough apart (at least a foot) so you can use them to hang clothing on hangers.
It’s just not fun having to rummage through your still packed suitcase because there’s no place to put your clothes if you unpack. Also, hanging damp clothes up to dry them out before even putting them in dirty clothes bags is essential in the coastal humidity.
Fix these two problems and the Rosenburg will be a compact, but five star accommodation!
This is an awesome place to stay, every thing you is in walking distance.
Looks just like the website! Only down fall is no storage --closets or coat hooks-- beautiful ocean views
Took my son here for a boy's weekend. He absolutely loved exploring the beach! Lots of rocks to search for!
Great location, and pet-friendly too! Perfect place to stay for your next beach vacation. Laid back, quite and uncrowded beach. Limited amenities and restaurants, but also non commercialized. The tidal pools are wonderful places to explore.
Beautiful view of the beach and sunset. Spacious apt.
Great place for 2-4 people. They advertise for 6, but not really set up for that. Easy check in, right on the beach. Beautiful scenery from deck.
We had a great time
Our room was furnished well and clean, rare for a place that is pet-friendly. The staff went over and above a small example:
We arrived Friday afternoon for our check in at 4. We drove my electric car and stayed at this specific inn for that reason. When we arrived there was a van that had that was in the spot. We called the management and had a workaround solution that got my car all charged up and we didn't even have to bother the owner of the van!
Tom, the manager, came out on a Friday evening ensured everything was fine and set!
Great beach access in a sleepy little town. Easy access to Tillamook if needed. Clean, updated condo attached to 10 or so others. Ours faced the beach, had nice views off the shared porch. Good for a few days at capacity (6), longer stays at 4 or less would be just fine. Can't wait to get back to Oceanside, will keep these units in mind.
What a great place!! The space is quaint and nicely decorated. The view from the balcony is unbeatable.
We had a group of 5 adults and had a fabulous time. We stayed one night and got lucky with perfect weather for hanging out on the beach. This is the only property I saw in Oceanside with direct access to the beach. Stairs were steep but it was with it to have the option to run up to the beach house anytime we needed something. Everything about our stay was just perfect! The only downside is I wish we had booked for more than one night, we weren't ready to go home!
This was the perfect getaway for our family. The little patio area with a view of the beach was perfect as we relaxed!
We loved our two night stay here. The location is absolutely perfect. The deck overlooking the ocean with steps down to the beach was really amazing. We took a quick drive south to Cape Lookout and hiked there on a perfect coast day. Our only feedback for future guests is that this space is really small. We had only 4 adults and there weren't enough chairs for us all to sit at the table for dinner. We didn't mind being in close quarters, but I think it would be really hard to have 6 people here as the listing offers. Otherwise, perfect!
If you want to get away and have a great place to relax, this is a great location. Leave your work at home though; the WiFi won't allow you to do much. However, that could be a good thing. The beaches are great for exploring, especially during low tide!
A small clunky telescope, but still!
Ah! Right above the ocean, no tourist stuffs, just beach, space, the vastness of the sea. Homey amenities; bring some food, wine, coffee, and books and you're set! Quality Roseanna's next door and the Pelican Brew Pub down the road! Hikes to various beaches, lighthouse, local quality museums! The best of peaceful retreats!
Love this town and room was a great location
Took a friend who had never seen the Oregon Coast. Boy was he blown away!
We've been staying here with friends and family over the past twenty plus years. The recently remodel is fun upgrade to a spectacular beach front hide-away.
This place has incredible views, a good location in town, and AMAZING beach access. We traveled with out two dogs, and being able to let them run around for hours on the beach without having to drive anywhere was priceless. Great spot for a quiet getaway!
My fiancée and I went for a long weekend and we were so happy with the area! We thought there was only one cafe but here were three little places to get food or coffee! It was a small street but the ocean was beautiful. We will be going back!
If you want to get away from it all and stay at an amazing rental with an amazing view, this is the place to stay. The rental was very clean and is furnished nicely.
There place is right on the beach, the deck is pretty much over the beach with beach access right off the deck down the stairs.
We will surely stay here again on our next visit to the coast! (Be sure to head north on the beach and go through the tunnel to the next beach!)
Lovely in every way. Quiet, peaceful, close and delicious restaurants. Sandy beach.
Staff very nice and accommodating. Only wish the condo was a little bigger for the price we paid. Otherwise, it was a fun weekend!
Really cozy place in great condition and awesome location, perfect for a weekend getaway.
Ive been to the Oceanside Inn many times in the past. Love the new units and their decor. Nicely appointed, comfy beds, great view and next door to Roseanna's restaurant and across street from Three Arch Rocks coffee spot. Lovely semi private upper deck, then the forward deck both with the stellar views! Rather than walking up / down private staircase to beach, we walked a block to the short path to the beach. Went thru the tunnel thru the rock to the adjoining beach. Very great place to take my family visiting from Nebraska.
Very relaxing peaceful time.
Great view and beach but the apartment was expensive for what was offered. Limited kitchen amenities, only 2 chairs in a 2-bed unit, no on site staff or Vacasa contact and no phone/internet reception. For those with young families, note that beach access means a steep stairwell and lots of big rocks to navigate before you get to sand.
Oceanside is the most un-touristy beach we've found! No shopping malls, just the majesty of the ocean, continuous fresh air, the beckoning calls of the gulls. Oceanside our favorite!
The Best beach acces! the only private beach access to the beach besides the public access. The condo was all updated very limited on space it was a 2 bedroom 1 bath with sofa sleeper. Balcony overlooking the ocean was breathtaking. We loved using the telescope in our room! A couple of downfalls is there's VERY limited amenities in this town.
We had a great time at the unit. The views from the room or the deck were beautiful. The biggest draw back is that there was no cell reception (AT&T) and internet wifi was very poor and kept dropping off. If you are looking for off the grid vacation you may like that.
Highly recommend the location.
Great location, the deck has an amazing view and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable.
During our stay the door lock did not work so we were unable to secure the place when we left. I reported this problem soon after arriving.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us. The problem with the door ended up being user error; these are e-locks and some guests are unfamiliar with them, but we are happy to help so you can be sure your things are safe!
My boyfriend and I stayed here with another couple. The location is perfect, the views are breathtaking, the interior decorating is adorable, and the beds are insanely comfortable. The Oceanside Inn is right on the beach and in quaint downtown Oceanside, so we were able to walk everywhere. The room was comfortable for 4 people, but sleeping 6 here would be very tight. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We will be back!
This rental is part of the old Oceanside Inn, redone as individual rental units. Very bare bones (bring salt/pepper and olive oil if you're going to do your own cooking) but well equipped units, but you're right on the beach with a very relaxing deck. Well worth it.
Your own stairway down to one of the coolest beaches around, a view of Three Arches, a yummy restaurant next door, you can bring your dogs - and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Pretty awesome. Recently remodeled, they got rid of the carpeting and now it's nice wood floors (makes sweeping up beach sand easy). Very nice.
View was great! Loved the deck. Beach access was great. Over all a nice place to stay.
Generally a nice place to stay.
My 5 day stay at the Oceanside Inn was wonderful! Came there for peace & quiet, that's exactly what I got. Stayed in Zeolite Studio #10. Nice & clean. The fluffy white bed & pillows are wonderful! Beautiful views. Close to the beach. Friendly people. No cell service (perfect!) but could send emails & on occasion, was able to send & receive texts from a corner of the room! They are in the process of making improvements to the property. Love this place & intend to come back every year!! Thank you :) Kim in Idaho
We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Thank you so much for leaving such a kind review, we can not wait for you to come relax with us again in the future.
We wanted to get away for a romantic week just the two of us. We stopped in a few towns along the coast coming down and most were packed with tourist. If you want to get away from all that and stay in a town where most are friendly, quit, and welcoming this is the place! Don't bring a bunch of kids though! :)
Thank you for this awesome review. We are so pleased that you found this charming unit and enjoyed your stay with us. Please come again!
