Really enjoyed this condo and its proximity to Lake Tahoe! Has everything you need for a nice stay and is close to Tahoe City. Would happily stay here again next time!

Super close to the beach. Spacy rooms. The only downside was that the internet was extremely slow.
Manager response:
We have run a test to check the internet speed at the home. We ask that guests please keep in mind that the Lake Tahoe Basin does not have the internet infrastructure of larger areas, and speeds will be slower, especially when the area is full of visitors. Thank you!

If you just want a roof over your head and a bathroom, this place is for you! If you are hoping to cook meals and relax by watching a movie or TV, dont expect much. The owners need to update the kitchen tools and appliances, furniture, and entertainment system. Otherwise, the place is fine.
Manager response:
The owners of this unit have regularly been investing in upgrades. Since December 2017 they have put in a new downstairs bathroom floor and two new bathroom low flow toilets. The photos of this condo are very exact. Despite the furniture and kitchen appliances not being brand new, this condo provides plenty of seating (couches and large chairs), a good size flat screen TV, a DVD player (with DVD library, VCR, cable TV, internet, and sound system), and a full kitchen with working appliances, microwave, etc. Thank you!

Two of our families stayed here for Christmas vacation. The three bedrooms were large enough to fit 8 members . The location is very close to Squaw, Tahoe City and Kings beach which we liked the most.
There was small issue with water clogging in one of the bathroom which was fixed by Vacasa once we called them.

Overall the stay was very pleasant .

We were very pleased with the property, however, in this instance that the property was not thoroughly cleaned or inspected prior to arrival. While we were certainly in the off-season, there were dozens upon dozens of dead and living house flies in the loft. This would have been impossible to miss. Beautiful location, close to TC. This was a short trip for a Spartan Race, for which it was perfect. However, on a longer stay, we would have flagged this upon arrival.
Manager response:
The unit has been deep cleaned, and we will continue tackling the flies. Thanks!

Even though the condo has capability for a crew of 8 people, there were only three of us for four nights. The place resulted comfortable, warm and well located. Everything in the house worked fine, except for the sink in a lower level bathroom, which had drainage problems. Also the wi-fi in kinda slow and goes on and off, for my kids big frustration. Our overall experience has been positive, at the point that we would want to rent it again in the future.
Manager response:
During a deep clean of the home the sink and WiFi were taken care of.

We stayed here for Winter Wondergrass and we were blown away. The location is great because you're not too far from anything! The place was neat and my friends argued who was going to stay in the loft bed. I would definitely stay in this location again.

This property was perfect for four senior skiers on a budget. All the amenities we needed were there. The property was clean and neat. The fact that there were three bedrooms and baths were important for four single men. The only problems were a slow draining sink in one bathroom, and a running toilet in another. The location close to Tahoe City, Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley was a bonus, as was the hot tub which got frequent use. All in all a great vacation was had.

Plenty of room for me and my friends on a ski weekend.
Jake O. Feb 2017
We came up for a ski weekend, this was a great spot. Very quiet and calm area right next to the lake. The condo was clean and comfortable. We'd definitely recommend it!

Had great vacation with family and friends. Kids enjoyed the most with ladder inside the house it was great fun. Some of previous reviewers comment on improvements holds good.

The condo is very well located and I would book it again. Although the heaters don't work downstairs in the bedrooms. So if it's winter, I'd suggest bringing your own space heaters.
Manager response:
We're happy to hear that you liked the location! We have notified our local property manager about the heaters not working properly, and will be no longer be an issue. We appreciate your feedback, and are looking forward to your future stay with us!

Overall this is a great place we are surprised by the comfort this house brought us, super big for the price, it is close to Olympic valley and north tahoe, if you come to sightsee this is the place, if you prefer kayaking and baring I would recommend picking a house closer to south tahoe since south tahoe city is the big one. We did had a few inconveniences, some of the showers did had curtains to retain the water in so everytime we showered we made a mess in the bathroom, many lightbulbs didn't worked either so we had to move around some of them, and of course some bathrooms had a hard time flushing but overall a great place to visit and very spacious for a big family or a get together with friends, yes I would come again, thanks vacasa

Not a bad place for the money!
Tonjy A. Feb 2016
Nice clean place that's fun for kids, quiet, and convenient.
Ilija S. Feb 2016
This is a place with the perfect location. Close to the beach, close to the city, close to the grocery store, ski resorts. Big enough for 8 people. the only "complain" can be related to restrooms. drain wasn't well at all.
In general, i would recommend this place definitely. There are old people next door so no party late hours :)

Great place! Very spacious and conveniently located. Cozy and comfortable inside. Lots of games and good sound system.
Develynne E. Feb 2015
Great condo very close to the lake, downtown and ski resorts. We had two families of 4 and the layout was great to accommodate us all. There were games to play and movies to watch. It really lightened our load as far as packing was concerned. Would definitely stay here again. Vacasa was great. They answered all of our questions and even emailed me without being asked to offer me a complimentary early check-in. The condo was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our visit!
