The studio was well appointed, giving the illusion of a separate bedroom. The gas fireplace was so warm and cozy. Very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

The decor was very nice and attractive. It was also very functional and well equipped. Outside space was very nice. It is a Charming studio apartment. We didn’t have any problems with parking and it is in a nice neighborhood . It is located In a very convenient area to downtown, the University and airport.

This apartment was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed during our stay. Having a washer and dryer was extremely helpful! The hot water in the shower was plentiful. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had all the basics needed for cooking a small meal. Our only dislikes were that there was not a thermostat for regulating temperature (but there is a fireplace) and that the couch and chair in the living room were not the most comfy for lounging on. Would stay here again.

The house is located in a very nice neighborhood. Felt very comfortable walking in the area. Other notes . . . bed was very comfortable . . . porch with table in chairs very nice for having dinner outside on patio. . . very good water pressure in shower . . . great washer and dryer.

very nice cozy studio, peaceful place fairly close to South Lake Union area.

This was a central location for us - everything seemed to be less than 15 mins. away and we were in a residential area; this includes tourist places, the market, restaurants, CVS, the mall. We're from SoCal so maybe we used to driving farther?? I would rent this again. Even though a review from an earlier Airbnber mentioned the footsteps and muffled voices overhead, it didn't bother us. We experienced much worse in "better" hotels. Unfortunately we didn't use the outdoor patio but Seattle had warm weather and it was very inviting.
Cons: Hilly climb to the unit and uneven due to tree root. There were room darkening shades (thank you!) but should have mini-blinds in main bedroom too. Bathroom esp. shower needed exhaust fan. Overhead in that area by washer/dryer was only for light - fan wasn't working.

Place was very clean, neighborhood was quiet and it was easy to get to most places in Seattle.

We were amazed by all the thoughtful touches the owners put into this studio space. Arriving to the beautiful garden & patio with cafe lights outside the entrance was really special. Inside, the bright colors kept us cheerful and all the amenities kept us thoroughly entertained as we relaxed in the evenings! Kitchenette was an awesome size for the space, super high end and stocked with everything. Close to UW campus which was super convenient. The manager was available and friendly when we needed directions or recommendations. Thank you so much for the great stay!

I stayed in this studio for nearly two weeks and was delighted with every aspect of the thought that went into its design. It provided for every need of a traveler and is located in an excellent neighborhood which is quiet, allows for leisurely walks and is close to the bus line. The addition of washer and dryer and full kitchen was unusual and it meant a lot to me. The management company was very responsive. I was there in early spring and the fireplace was very useful. The studio is light, comfortable and it would be my first choice for a rental in Seattle.

The property is split level with the main upstairs house on 22nd Avenue and the lower rental on Ravenna Ave. For GPS, enter Ravenna Ae NE and NE 77th street. The lower rental has no house number.

Located near freeway entrances, a grocery store and in a quiet neighborhood, the studio was a perfect fit for me, a single traveler. Nicely furnished, spotlessly clean, and a well-equipped kitchen made it ideal. If the weather had cooperated, I would have enjoyed sitting outside on the patio!

Quiet neighborhood. Absolutely no problem finding parking at any time during our two week stay. The bed was very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient and greatly appreciated. Seattle experienced highly unusual snowy conditions during our stay and we found the propane fireplace very welcome. Thank you!

Room for 3 people, with well appointed kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Super convenient to family, nearby park, plenty of on-street parking. Nice outside area for relaxing. Enjoyed ability to prepare meals. Great value.

Neat and clean space with ample kitchen. Full washer and dryer in the large bathroom area. Very nice outdoor sitting area. You can walk to coffee, bakery, food, and grocery but about ten residential blocks in any direction. You will need a car or Uber/Lyft to get to around. Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area. Recommend the Sod Bakery for coffee and scones on 65th if you like a morning walk. Walked to Safeway for breakfast staples and cocktail supplies so we could enjoy the patio to relax. One important note...we did not have an exact address on the contract. Make sure you have it before arrival.

My mom, my daughter and I wanted to explore Seattle and this was a wonderful home base. The apartment had all the amenities for an extended stay, even a fireplace to take the chill off the evening. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again if I make it back to the Seattle area.

We enjoyed our stay at Ravenna Urban Farm Studio. The studio was small, but clean and had many nice amenities (coffee, tea, toiletries, etc.) available to us. The location was perfect and the easy, uncrowded street parking was a wonderful and very helpful surprise! We will keep this place in mind for future visits.
