Open-concept waterfront getaway with stunning views of the Salish Sea!
Experience a beautiful Pacific Northwest island adventure when you escape to this incredibly positioned Anacortes vacation rental! Offering a wonderful open-concept living space, majestic waterfront views, and plenty of room for eight guests, this four-bedroom home is perfect for a family reunion, a peaceful getaway with friends, or even a small company retreat.
Facing southward toward the stunning Olympic Mountains, this home provides wondrous mountain views on clear days. But even when it's cloudy, you'll still be treated to gorgeous views of the sparkling Salish Sea, framed by the rugged, evergreen-lined Fidalgo Island.
You won't believe your eyes when you first gaze out the floor-to-ceiling living room windows. Spacious and lovely, this room is where you'll be tempted to spend all of your vacation, settled on one of two plush couches, reading a book, or watching a movie on the TV and Blu-ray player (with Netflix streaming for guests who have their own account). A gas fireplace lends a cozy warmth on chilly evenings. For any aspiring astronomers in the group, a telescope is set up by the window so you can gaze at the stars, or even just look out at the beautiful water.
Walk into the adjacent, incredibly well organized kitchen, where you'll be greeted by bright red walls, every culinary tool you could want or need, and appliances that include a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Don't worry about washing your dishes by hand, because a dishwasher makes everything easy. There's even a waffle iron for those lazy weekend mornings.
Sit around the eight-person dining room table and chat about your day while you eat a delicious meal. The dining room has a chandelier, great wall art, and access to the deck via a sliding glass door. There are even Apple Airport speakers throughout the downstairs (with detailed instructions on how to use them), so plug your phone in and enjoy some music alongside your meal.
This wonderful home sleeps up to eight guests. There are three bedrooms with a queen-size bed apiece, and one bedroom with a queen and two twins. Two-and-a-half bathrooms, complete with hair dryers, will keep everyone comfortable, refreshed, and looking their best! This home also has WiFi for your convenience.
Step out through the sliding glass doors to your very own private deck overlooking the water and sit around the idyllic wooden picnic bench, sipping tea and talking about what you're going to do with the beautiful day ahead of you. In the evening, have someone in your group cook up some burgers on the outdoor grill on the patio as you stand by the railing and watch the beautiful colors of the sunset reflect over the water.
There is plenty to do in the nearby town of Anacortes (about 14 miles away), from shopping to dining to as many outdoor adventures as you can imagine. You also will be ideally located to visit Deception Pass State Park (only three miles away), where 4,134 acres of ancient forest will bring you back in time. Go hiking on 38 miles of lovely trails for a variety of skill levels, or simply marvel at the stunning view from Deception Pass Bridge.
This wonderful home also puts aspiring international travelers in a perfect position to have a Canadian adventure. From Anacortes, you can hop straight on the ferry to Sidney, British Columbia. From there, it's only a 16-mile drive to the beautiful city of Victoria, where you can have high tea at the Empress Hotel or visit the famously blooming Butchart Gardens.
Whether you go on a Canadian day trip or mostly enjoy beautiful views of the Salish Sea from home, there's a definite chance you're going to fall in love with this San Juan Island vacation rental and never, ever want to leave.

Our family loved the Seascape Panorama House! The home was well equipped, and very organized! The location is close to many outdoor adventures. The views from inside this home are spectacular! I can't imagine asking for anything more!
I cannot say enough how the beautiful water view did wonders for my spirit. The view of the water was amazing! The home was clean, functional and equipped with EVERYTHING! Thank you for labeling the drawers (so organized), the layout was great, and it felt like home away from home.
Beautiful home with lots of windows to enjoy the view. They had everything you could possibly want or need. We will go there again.
Had a very pleasant stay.
We had plenty of space and kitchen items. We saw dolphins, seals, sea lions, bald eagles and several other birds. Enough spaces that all could have private time.
Bet place I have found to rent on the coast!
On the clear days the views of the water, marine life and sunsets are phenomenal. The negatives were that it felt a bit dated in terms of furnishings and bathrooms, and it wasn't a cozy "curl up with a book" atmosphere due to tile throughout. Parents of young children will need to keep an eye out at all times outdoors due to cliff.
We however had 7 adults from 19 to 87 yrs and really enjoyed the property. There was a huge dining room table where we played board games. We took many excursions to the San Juan Islands, Deception Pass Park, and a whale watching tour that dis not dissapoint. Anacortes has some grear gastro pubs and cocktail bars. Cute town. This was a good location to use as HQ.
Three families met for a long weekend. The views are absolutely stunning! Everything we needed was provided. We couldn’t have been more pleased. We will definitely book again!
I cannot say enough good things about this property. Perfectly clean and prepared when we arrived at 4:00. The property manager answered her phone instantly when we called to confirm. The lock is a cinch to figure out. The four separate bedrooms allowed our family of six such privacy and comfort (important with three teenagers and a twenty-something). There are two separate bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed and second with three beds (two twins and a double); there are two separate bedrooms downstairs, each with a queen bed. Our boys were able to sleep late in their separate bedrooms and our daughters talked late into the night in their large upstairs room (with three beds!) Mom could putter around the kitchen and have my tea in the big window room with no fear of waking anyone up. My husband and I slept in the large bedroom on the main floor and were delighted and grateful for the Temperpedic mattress topper. I SLEPT, like, REALLY SLEPT, on vacation, in a strange bed! It was awesome.
In the bay below we saw Orcas! and seals (three of them playing with each other, SO cute) and once a pod of what looked like porpoise. In the air above we saw eagles and hummingbirds and beautiful birds of many stipes, and then several groups of fighter jets flew overhead and made my husband's vacation complete.
The kitchen is the best equipped I've ever enjoyed on vacation. A double oven. A massive and up-to-date refrigerator. They have everything you could want in equipment from the coffee grinder to the gorgeous plates to cookie sheets and beautiful glass salad bowls and knives that actually cut. Every cupboard is clearly labeled to make finding what you need a breeze.
The ART in this place was an added bonus of happy. I could just sit in the large windowed room out front and stare and the huge oil canvas of kelly greens and royal blues for an hour; so beautiful. The kitchen table easily sat our family of six for dinner and could have accommodated ten. The picnic table on the deck is similarly oversized. We opened the windows all over the home for a breath of sea air that cools the house down in two minutes. You'll love to hear the sea just outside, just as we did. So calming.
It's a twenty minute drive to the ferry in Anacortes for the trip to the San Juans. A four hour drive to Rainier (FABULOUS hikes). An hour and a half to the Chihuly museum or the airport. My husband says this is the nicest property we've ever stayed at and that's saying something. (I loved the 18th century farmhouse in Southern France, but this property as a whole is my second favorite and this kitchen is by far the best.)
The photos on the site just do not do justice to this amazing and gorgeous home. The neighborhood is upscale, clean and quiet. The bay is beyond beautiful. The property is spectacular. Go. Enjoy. Tell the silver seals in the bay that we say hello.
It was wonderful waking up each morning watching the eagles, seals, dolphins, sea otter, rabbits and squirrels all from this wonderful home. It provided the perfect hub for visiting the San Juan Islands, Deception Pass and Diablo Dam. Everything we needed was just a few miles away. My daughters will remember this for a lifetime. We will be returning soon.
This house is not new but what it lacks in that department it more than makes up for in the most incredible view, spaciousness in every room, and a well-stocked large kitchen. I rented the house to give my granddaughter and her 2 teenage girls an experience they would not forget and the girls were walking around the house with their cell phones "showing" their friends how amazing the place and the view is. There are beds to sleep 10 comfortably and room for 10 at the dining table. The TV was easy to figure out. I left several decks of cards there because there weren't any but there were lots of games to choose from. This house would NOT be suitable for small children unless you kept them on a bungie cord outside. The house is literally right at the top of the cliff at Biz Point. We went out on a friend's boat later on and the girls could see, yes, we were staying in the house that was the furthest out on the Point. We saw quite a few eagles and little dolphins. The telescope made it fun to look at various boats going by. The location was super handy for going to Anacortes or out to see the tulips. (We just made sure to avoid the new traffic circle construction area happening in April 2018 over on Hwy. 20 that runs down to Whidbey Island.) I was amazed that the house was listed at only $190 per night, which was a STEAL, but once the cleaning fee, rental company fee, and sales tax were added I think it cost me $1,400 for 4 nights so that's $350 per night. If you had 10 people I expect it would be more. It was a huge splurge but it was worth it. :-)
Excellent property, beautiful floor plan, quiet secluded location, spectacular view!
such a place of respite and solace ... we were so content
Amazing house with exceptional views.
Enjoyed all aspects of the location immensely.
wonderfull views from marvelous house
We had a wonderful time in this house. The views were tremendous, the house was a perfect fit for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly want.
I would highly recommend this house but I was was very disappointed by the lack of response from the Vacasa property manager.
We are sorry to see this guest did not experience better customer service as we strive for excellence. We will look into the matter for improvement. Thank you!
The vista from the house immediately grabbed our attention as we walked in. The views from the balcony and deck were better than the pictures. We saw dolphins, orcas, seals, and bald eagles from the house. The house was clean and the kitchen very well stocked. House was also very well wired for entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house and this neighborhood.
Beautiful location! Perfect for my family to gather and explore the surrounding area. Highly recommended!
We can't say enough about the gorgeous location of this home. The view is breathtaking and the location is private yet close enough to where you want to go. The beds were comfortable and the house was impeccably clean. The private beach and exploring on the rocks was our favorite time spent. Eagles, Hummingbirds, seals, starfish and bunnies were our neighbors. We hope for a happy return.
This beautiful home is done exactly right. Come with high expectations and have them exceeded. Windows all around. Four all good bedrooms one for four with queen and two twins. Seals in bay. Dolphins visit. Bunnies on lawn. Can't think of anything missing for a wonderful private seaside vacation in a well designed and cared gor house. Only your wallet will complain but you can share that with 10 friends or family. This house is worth what they charge.
Good location, great views, nice and spacious property.
From the minute we stepped through the front door of this fabulous home, we knew it was the right place to enjoy the several days of relaxation.
The home was well equipped for our needs but the VIEW was perfect. Every room in the house provided a view of the water.
We saw so much variety of wildlife from sea otters to bald eagles and so much more just relaxing in the living room. Great escape for the winter to watch storms blow through and never need to step outside.
So glad the owners of this property are able to share it with others.
This lovely home worked beautifully for our 8-member book club. We spent three nights there. We shopped like crazy in both Anacortes and LaConner, especially in the antique stores. The early October weather was perfect.
Anacortes is a charming little town with very friendly people and quaint shops. The property is close enough to enjoy, while allowing absolute privacy and pristine views of the water. Very comfortable beds. Spacious, light and clean.
Senior citizens and small children alike loved the house and it's view.
My family has rented several vacation homes over the past years.
This was our FAVORITE!
The only appliance we looked for that we did not locate was a crock pot.
Best furnished kitchen, EVER!!
Amazing view, convenient location!
We were very comfortable staying in this clean, beautiful house, and loved observing the wildlife (bald eagles, dolphins, harbor seals, great blue herons, quail, cormorants, etc.) from the deck, and even from inside. The kitchen and large dining room meant that we could create great meals on those nights we didn't go out for dinner. Be forewarned that the washer and dryer, listed as available on the listing, are NOT to be used by renters, at least not when we stayed! This is an issue for those of us traveling by plane and needing to pack more clothes, given that we can't clean them during our stay.
We apologize for any confusion regarding the washer and dryer; they are an advertised amenity and are for guest use.
We booked this home to facilitate our visit during our Navy son's Change of Command ceremony and festivities. The location was wonderful, home spectacular and views truly incredible. It is a comfortable home possessing all the things visitors need.
Unfortunately, I did not read the fine print prohibiting any additional visitors or dinner guests as well as the fact the washer/dryer was not available for use during our week long stay. We have rented homes throughout the world and never have experienced like these. The rules stated we could ask for special permission to have additional people visit and this was denied. Extremely disappointing during this very special time .
The house is amazing. The views! And the whole place is perfect, clean, and in greate shape! I want tonspend a whole summer there!
We saw harbor porpoises, river otters, harbor sea lions and 2 bald eagles from the property. Our kids found hermit crabs in the rocks on shore. Pictures don't do this place justice.
We had 3 couples (family), all senior citizens. The home has the most amazing views! We enjoyed watching dolphins, seals, and a wide assortment of birds -- including bald eagles -- frolicking outside the large windows overlooking the bay. In the yard we saw several bunnies and a family of quail. The home is near Deception Pass bridge, Mt. Erie and other beautiful spots to explore. Anacortes is the perfect location for ferrying to other islands. We took a short drive to LaConner for some great shopping and had an unforgettable lunch at the Calico Cupboard Cafe and Bakery. (There's one in Anacortes, too!) We were very pleased with the convenience, cleanliness and well-stocked status of the home. The price is well worth the advantage of staying in a home-away-from-home instead of a stuffy and cramped hotel. Returning to the 95-degree heat in Texas made us want to re-board a flight back to the Pacific Northwest, where the weather was perfect during our stay.
Knockout views and creature comforts make this the perfect place for your next Anacortes adventure! Sit back, relax and enjoy all this lovely home offers!
My husband and I took our adult children and their spouses on a family vacation. We picked the perfect place with everything you can possibly ask for in a vacation rental. The view was breathtaking and we spent many hours looking through the binoculars (unfortunately the telescope was no longer there) at all the wildlife in the area. We saw seals, dolphins, bald and golden eagles, many types of birds and even a coyote attacking a bee hive in the ground. The home was clean, had everything necessary to cook your meals, there were many board games to choose from and wifi. Although we spent time visiting places nearby, we couldn't wait to get back to the house to look out onto the water and watch the sun set. The only complaint I have is that we didn't stay there long enough!
This house is situated on a rock overlooking the ocean. There are clear views of ocean and it's wildlife -- otters, seals, dolphins and bald eagles. The telescope in the living room brought joy to our vacation. It was wonderful watching the eagles perching in the nearby tree and watching the otters up close on the rocks. Also, the comfortable and eclectic décor of the home was great. I particularly liked the full-size totem pole in the entry way, and of course the windows throughout the house providing breathtaking panoramic views made staying at the house a fantastic way to spend a relaxing vacation.
My boyfriend and I rented this property as a surprise for my best friend for her birthday weekend. Her boyfriend was good for keeping the secret. They picked us up from the airport and she thought we were going out to dinner and a fancy hotel but when we pulled up to the house she cried!! We took turns cooking dinner and breakfast watched beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The doorbell rang at 1030 I'm assuming a reminder for checkout which was fine. We left behind some wine and spices and breakfast items strawberries and ice cream.as our contribution to the house. Outside if the dust in some corners we were extremely satisfied and would like to bring our kids in the summer!!
